I had Botox and under-eye filler done with her, and the results honestly exceeded my expectations. She is very professional, gentle, and explained every step clearly before starting, which made me feel comfortable and confident.

The results look very natural and soft without being overdone. I noticed a beautiful, refreshed difference in my face and under-eye area. The clinic is also very clean, and the staff are kind and welcoming.

I paid 8k for a package and I still don’t have an invoice even though I requested for it and they said they’ll send it through whatsapp. One month later I still don’t have the invoice. Furthermore, customer service is very weak. They don’t send messages to confirm your appointment so I had to memorize by myself and I had to call one day before my appointment... Show more »

I paid 8k for a package and I still don’t have an invoice even though I requested for it and they said they’ll send it through whatsapp. One month later I still don’t have the invoice. Furthermore, customer service is very weak. They don’t send messages to confirm your appointment so I had to memorize by myself and I had to call one day before my appointment to confirm and I asked if I could move it half an hour later at 18:00 and they confirmed. The next day when I arrived on time they told me that my appointment is at 17:30 and that they have to cancel it and accused me of being late without looking into the situation. When I expressed my frustration the reception personnel worsened the situation by continuing to gaslight me insisting that I was late instead of investigating and explaining the situation and providing me with a solution. Anyway I wasn’t able to get my treatment because the doctor thought I was late and left the premise (keeping in mind the difference was only half an hour). The staff were not able to handle the situation. The only solution they gave me was that they will escalate this to management the next day - apparently they’re not accessible at 6 pm - and I need to wait for a phone call :) Update: it’s day 3 and still no call from the management.
