After the consultation with Dr. Sinan, I was led to believe that liposuction would achieve a certain result, and I was promised to remove the fat and the Gynecomastia Gland from the chest which will help me to get a athletic body look, and I was quoted 30,000 Dirhams plus tax for the surgery.

At the day of surgery just before the procedure, the doctor abruptly stated that the promised outcome could not be guaranteed and I was told to achieve the desired result we need to make another surgery and we can only remove 60% fat from body which before Dr. Sinan promised to remove all the fat. This felt deceptive and like a tactic to extract more money.

After all this I was not comfortable doing the surgery with them and I asked to cancel it and I asked for the refund but then they started doing all kind of drama and said we can’t refund and scammed me for 32000 Dirhams.

The manager was unprofessional, rude, and avoided my attempts to discuss a refund or resolution. I was threatened and refused a refund, which is unacceptable and unprofessional.

Overall, I feel misled, financially harmed, and poorly treated. I would caution others to seek opinions from a reputable, transparent clinic and to obtain everything in writing before agreeing to any cosmetic procedure Show less »
