I have been living in the UAE for about ten years, and I have never encountered a clinic as misleading and dishonest as Renew Clinic. I am truly grateful to the Ministry of Health, the Consumer Protection Department, and the One-Day Court in Ras Al Khaimah for helping me recover the money I paid to this clinic.
During the legal process, it was confirmed that Maryam Ali Hassan performed cosmetic and medical procedures on me without holding any official license. The court even informed me that I was eligible to claim compensation, but I chose to only request my refund. For me, the fact that their violations were officially recorded with the Ministry of Health, the court, and the DED is already the best form of accountability.
Additionally, the false statements made by the clinic to the DED inspector were officially documented in the inspection report. I intend to submit these findings to the Ministry of Health as administrative and disciplinary violations, especially since the DED has already prepared the report and the clinic can no longer deny any of these actions.
I also intend to file a criminal complaint because the clinic falsely advertised Maryam Ali Hassan as a licensed specialist, which misled clients. I want this to be formally documented so that a criminal record is issued for such deceptive practices. Show less »

I’m a 26-year-old woman with naturally firm skin that’s full of collagen. Yesterday, she kept insisting that my skin was loose, even though it isn’t, just to sell me a laser treatment that I didn’t need. The treatment had no benefit for me and only ended up burning my skin

She’s patient, meticulous, and produces long lasting and natural looking results across multiple cosmetic services.
Treatments are barely painful although they usually are with other doctors and at other clinics.
She takes time to assess situation rather than one-size-fits all. She thoroughly explains plan and expected results.
