I am writing this very serious complaint as a regular customer of your salon. On my wife recent visit, she received full-hand, full-leg, underarm waxing, and eyebrow services. Unfortunately, during the underarm waxing, your staff member severely burned her underarm, and the skin has now turned black.
she immediately informed your team member Manisha and shared clear pictures of the burn. However, the response she received was extremely disappointing. They insisted that the staff member was “professional.” If the person handling the service were truly professional, this incident would not have happened.
My wife have always chosen your salon for its customer service and safety standards. I have even recommended your salon to my family and friends. But after this experience, I no longer feel safe or confident returning or recommending your services.
Your staff told me the darkness would “fade,” but that is not common sense. Burned skin takes a long time to heal, and the damage is already done. She repeatedly told the staff that the wax felt too hot, but she insisted she had turned off the wax machine.
A simple “sorry” will not heal my skin or undo the damage caused. As a loyal, regular customer, I expect the owner to take serious action regarding this issue. If this is how customers are treated, especially after such injuries, regular customers will not return.
