I genuinely love doing my SoftLight treatment here. This is my second time, and the treatment itself has been amazing. The machine is great and I especially want to mention Nurse Sepi (I hope I’m spelling her name correctly). She is incredibly kind and professional. She takes her time and you can tell she genuinely cares about her patients. She’s one of the main reasons I keep coming back.

Unfortunately, my experience with the reception and appointment management was extremely disappointing. My appointment was at 7:00 PM yet I ended up waiting 40 minutes. I was already understanding when I had to wait the first 20 minutes but then I realized they had taken another client before me even though her appointment was scheduled after mine.

I was told that it was because “your procedure takes longer.” Excuse me… how is that my responsibility? If my treatment takes longer, then that should have been taken into consideration when scheduling appointments.

I specifically booked this date and this time because I have other commitments afterward. Whether another client needed to reschedule or had a shorter procedure is not something that should affect my appointment.

I don’t think it’s fair or respectful to make a
client who arrived on time wait while someone with a later appointment is taken first. It sends the message that appointment times don’t actually matter.

Waiting is one thing but being skipped in the queue without any communication is another. A simple explanation beforehand or asking if I was okay with it would have been the professional thing to do.

It’s honestly disappointing because the treatment itself is excellent, and Nurse Sepi deserves nothing but praise. However the reception and scheduling experience really took away from what would have otherwise been a perfect visit.

I truly hope management improves how appointments are organized because the clinical team deserves a front desk that reflects the same level of professionalism. Show less »

I'm writing this review to share my disappointing experience with this clinic. Immediately after my procedure over two years ago, the doctor who performed it left the clinic without any prior notice to me. I was not satisfied with the results, and since then, the clinic has stalled for over two years without providing a satisfactory solution. Despite my attempts to address the problem, they ultimately offered no resolution. The lack of communication, combined with the unresolved issue and extended timeframe, has been incredibly frustrating.
