Eve medical center Fujairah in Fujairah - Book an appointment directly

Very bad reception of Eve medical. I got their advertisement and directly click from there to WhatsApp chat to get the information about Hijama. I got touch with Leila and I asked about Fujairah branch Hijama and she stop replying. Either they fake advertising or they don’t have facilities here in Fujairah. I’m not sure, but the chat SS given below.

I had a very disappointing experience at the center, my appointment was booked through their call center based in Sharjah, but when I arrived the responsible of the place told me that no booking existed and explained in an unprofessional way that the reception are not aware of the actual schedule. I had a very disappointing experience at the center, my appointment was booked through their call center based in Sharjah, but when I arrived the responsible of the place told me that no booking existed and explained in an unprofessional way that the reception are not aware of the actual schedule. I was also misinformed about having a speslized female doctor available to provide advice, which was not true.
The service is below expectations except for one person they had to bring from RAK after giving me a series of lies and excuses claiming that the therapist was sick or had an accident. They brought someone from Sharjah,she was completely unqualified and unprofessional and even used her phone during the sessions without any apology.
The price are high compared to the poor quality of service and lack of professionalism.The center is completely mismanaged😔. Show less »

I’ve had repeated problems with this clinic’s booking and file management. Even after speaking with the manager — who approved my request — the same issues keep happening.

At my most recent appointment, I was made to wait far too long despite having a confirmed booking. When I asked a simple question about whether I could proceed with the session I came for, the staff did not give me any clear answer. This was unhelpful and left me feeling frustrated.

I’ve given them multiple chances to improve, but nothing has changed. It’s disappointing to see the same problems over and over with no real effort to fix them. I expected far better professionalism and respect for clients’ time Show less »
