I have been a loyal client of this clinic for three years and always had excellent experiences. Unfortunately, over the past couple of months, the quality of service has declined significantly.
My recent sessions were not done properly, which resulted in the clinic having to reschedule retouch appointments more than once. After my latest sessions, I developed small blisters on my leg and upper arm, and the hair was growing again, which clearly indicated that the session was not done correctly.
When I called to report the issue, I was given another retouch appointment. Today I went back to the clinic and asked to speak with the manager. I was told she would meet me after my session. However, I ended up waiting for one full hour. Each time I asked the reception, they told me she is “on the way,” “driving,” or that she would call me soon. Eventually, they transferred her call to my phone.
Unfortunately, the manager, Doha, handled the situation in a highly unprofessional manner. She interrupted me repeatedly, raised her voice, spoke in a disrespectful tone, and argued instead of listening. This behavior is unacceptable from someone in a managerial position, she should know better how to deal&listen to clients, my personal view she needs to get some kind of custoer experience training/client management training,it made me feel disrespected as a long-time customer.
I am extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and the overall decline in service quality. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and ensures better training and customer care moving forward
