GoldTrip Polyclinic was a bad choice. The receptionist has the worst attitude I’ve ever seen — rude, unprofessional, and not helpful at all. Their laser machine clearly isn’t working right because it left dark spots on my body instead of giving results.

The only good thing in that clinic is Rachel. She is polite, experienced, and actually knows how to deal with clients. If the rest of the staff worked like her, this clinic wouldn’t have such a bad name.

I’d especially like to thank ***** Rachel *****, who has been absolutely amazing so professional, honest, and straightforward. I truly appreciate her sincerity, especially in a world where people often talk too much without real substance. Her approach builds trust, and that means a lot to me.
Which I can’t say the same for the lady from reception. She was a little bit arrogant and she couldn’t understand the payment method.
