Vikesh (rent coordinator, sitting at the office on G floor) has aggressive behavior and was not polite with customers. We had viewing and wanted to check the view from the podium level. He didn't allow us at all, was rude, and asked to send an email to them.

Great residential building has a good size heated pool and playground. Its pet friendly and has 1,2 and 3 bedroom water front views The lobby is clean and modern this is a new build with carparking inside on 5 levels. The access to Dubai is great from here miss all the heavy traffic. It costs more then most buildings 80k for a 3 bedroom flat but you get what... Show more »
