The products used felt heavily diluted results didn’t even last two weeks, which was very disappointing. I would not recommend this clinic. Beyond the ineffective treatment, the experience itself was deeply uncomfortable. During my visit, construction workers were present inside the clinic and were staring at female clients in a completely inappropriate manner. To make matters worse, the treatment room door was repeatedly opened during my procedure, with no regard for privacy or basic dignity.
Overall, an unacceptable experience on multiple levels. Show less »

I tried the full body laser in the clinic with shiva, she’s the best … i did before a lip filler with dr Azhar. Anyone see me would ask about the beautiful filler she did it for me.the best clinic ever.

My lip and chin filler results were uneven and looked unnatural, yet my concerns were dismissed as “normal.” I was advised to undergo an additional tightening procedure, but it showed no noticeable results. I was advised to undergo an additional tightening procedure, but it showed no noticeable results. When I requested to dissolve the filler, I was asked to sign a form stating I would have to pay again for any correction, which was unreasonable given the poor initial outcome.

Overall, I felt there was more focus on recommending extra treatments than addressing my concerns. I paid around 6000 AED and eventually had to dissolve the filler due to dissatisfaction.

The communication was also unprofessional, and I felt rushed during my visit.

Overall, the experience lacked professionalism, clear communication, and satisfactory results. Show less »

I had the Green peel experience at Masha poly clinic. It was great. Dr. Masha treated me with great care. I am very satisfied and I thank them for the excellent work they provided me.

Very disappointing experience. After driving from Abu Dhabi to Dubai for a scheduled appointment, we were kept waiting for hours with no understanding or professionalism. The staff was extremely rude and uncooperative, showing no respect or care for patients’ time or effort. Definitely not the kind of treatment you expect from a reputed clinic. Definitely no... I had an excellent experience with Zeinab at Masha Polyclinic. She is skilled, attentive, and genuinely cares about her clients. Amazing doctors and technicians- very knowledgeable in their profession- give honest advice and I have had amazing results from laser, RF as well as Botox and filler.
