I had a really upsetting and frustrating experience at this clinic. I went in for botox, with no proper consultation and no attention to facial symmetry I was left with an unnatural shelf that shows every time I smile and now starting to be permanent at rest. The doctor’s injection technique was honestly careless with no proper consultation. She injected very little into my forehead, which is still active and barely touched, but injected too much around my eyes, causing atrophy and more hollowing.

What made it worse was how they handled it. I sent multiple messages with photos and concerns — completely ignored. I even called from a different number, and once they realized why I was calling, they said the doctor would call back… but no one ever did.

I left feeling anxious, insecure, and honestly, betrayed. I trusted a licensed clinic with my face — and instead, I was treated like a transaction. If you care about proper treatment, follow-up, or even basic respect, I would strongly recommend going somewhere else.

Had a glass skin facial and my skin loved it. The staff was very nice and friendly, beautiful location in City Walk, my consultation with Dr. Inas went great and the best thing was the facial itself.
