Very disappointed with how this clinic manages appointments and respects patients’ time. I had to wait over an hour with numbing cream already applied, feeling extremely uncomfortable lying there waiting. Very disappointed with how this clinic manages appointments and respects patients’ time. I had to wait over an hour with numbing cream already applied, feeling extremely uncomfortable lying there waiting. This was very frustrating, especially since this is not the first time it has happened.

What made the experience even worse was the lack of clear explanation regarding the “non-refundable policy” before I paid for multiple sessions in advance. Now I’m unable to get a refund despite being unhappy with the service and repeated delays.

I understand busy periods can happen, but better communication, transparency, and respect for patients’ time are expected, especially for the amount being charged. Unfortunately, this experience has not been worth the money paid. Show less »

You should definitely try this center if you’re considering any aesthetic treatments — the whole experience was excellent and all the staff members are very friendly and welcoming.

I recently had my first lip filler treatment with Dr Rahggad, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience. I was quite nervous at first, especially since it was my first time, but I had previously done Botox with her as well, which went really well and gave me the confidence to come back for lip fillers after thinking about it for almost a month.

From the start, she was so kind, patient, and professional. She explained everything step by step, including the Juvederm product and the whole procedure, which really helped me feel calm and relaxed. During the treatment, she was very gentle, worked slowly, and kept checking on me to make sure I was okay and if she could continue. I did feel a very small amount of pain, but it was minimal and very manageable.

The healing process also went really smoothly. I had a little swelling on the first day, and only very little bruising, not a lot at all. By day 2–3 it started going down, and now my lips feel fully healed, soft, and look very natural.

Her assistant was also very lovely and supportive, and both of them made the whole experience feel comfortable with their positive and kind attitude.

I’m really happy with my results and so grateful for the care I received. I would definitely recommend Dr Rahggad to anyone, especially if it’s your first time and you feel nervous — you’ll feel completely safe and well taken care of. Show less »

I had my Hydrafacial with Mesotherapy treatment at Renew Plus Clinic last Thursday (05 March), and unfortunately, I was not satisfied with the service. The beauty therapist, Ms. Samah, appeared to rush through every step of the treatment. The facial felt very basic—similar to something you could receive at a regular salon.

Throughout the session, the therapist was repeatedly distracted by her phone ringing, which affected the overall experience. The face mask, which is normally supposed to stay on for about 10–15 minutes, was removed after only around 3 minutes. In addition, the therapist was not wearing a face mask and was speaking very close to my face during the procedure, which raised hygiene concerns.

I usually have my monthly Hydrafacial treatments at Prestige Clinic or CosmoSecret, and the quality of service at those clinics is far superior. Compared to them, the service at Renew Plus was disappointing—especially considering that Renew Plus charges even more.

Overall, I am very disappointed with my experience and would not recommend their Hydrafacial with Mesotherapy offer at AED 380. I also hope Renew Plus Clinic ensures their beauty therapists follow proper hygiene protocols, including wearing a face mask while performing treatments, and provide better training to maintain professional service standards. I had such a great experience with Susan for laser hair removal at Renew. From the very first session, she made me feel completely comfortable, explained everything clearly, and was incredibly professional throughout.

Susan is extremely knowledgeable and attentive — she checks in constantly, adjusts settings carefully, and genuinely cares about getting the best results while keeping you comfortable. The treatments have been effective, quick, and far less painful than I expected, which really shows her expertise.

The clinic itself is spotless, calm, and well organised, but Susan truly makes the experience stand out. If you’re considering laser hair removal, I couldn’t recommend her enough. I wouldn’t go to anyone else! ✨ Show less »
