I loved it and definitely will go there ovrr and over.
It has many stores, many options, it's not a small mall at all.
There's a lot of things you can do there, as a family or group of friends or just alone.
There are cheap store as well as expensive ones.

I noticed they have also Mega mart which is like Carrefour and Nesto, also there's Miniso and Mumuso abd the stores that sells everything for 3.5 Aed, there are big brands.

I didn't have enough time to look at everything as I was heading there for a specific reason, but it's amazing.

Unfortunately, the service and environment at this outlet fall far below the standards that customers would expect from an establishment operating within such a reputable mall.

During my recent visits, I observed the following issues:
• Unprofessional customer service: The staff members were impolite and did not treat customers respectfully.
• Poor cleanliness: The coffee shop area was dirty and messy, with chairs scattered around and not arranged properly.
• Lack of organization: Customers were rushing and crowding due to the lack of proper management, creating an unpleasant and chaotic atmosphere.
• No quality control: The management does not seem to enforce any standards regarding service, seating arrangements, or customer experience.

Mega Mall is well-known for maintaining a high standard of quality across its outlets, and as a regular customer, I was very disappointed with this experience. I kindly request that your management look into this matter seriously and take the necessary actions to ensure that the standards of Mega Mall are upheld at this coffee shop.
