I’m sharing my honest experience with The Skin Dermatology Clinic, Abu Dhabi after doing multiple facial laser sessions.
My first session was amazing the staff were professional and friendly, and I was really happy with the results. Because of that, I paid for all my sessions in advance.

But things went downhill after that. For my second session, I waited over two weeks just to get an appointment. The staff member “PAMELA” asked if I was doing a full body, and when I said only the face, she looked uninterested and made me feel like my session wasn’t worth her time. She rushed through the entire process in less than 10 minutes ,she didn’t treat all areas properly which was disappointing not worth for the money that i paid for.

My third session with “ROSE” was good again she’s professional and kind did in a proper way.
But then I faced constant booking issues rescheduling multiple times on the same day. When I booked my fourth session a day before, they didn’t even have my booking in their system. I had to wait more than an hour, and they still gave priority to other clients who came after me.

It honestly feels like they give special treatment to certain clients especially those who look wealthy or speak Arabic while ignoring others. That’s very unfair and disappointing.

Overall, they create high expectations at first, after that they won’t value clients time and money .
Not worth the time, money, or stress.

I truly hope they improve their attitude, booking system, and respect for all clients equally. Show less »

I had such an amazing laser session with Jerline! Even though I arrived late, she still made sure to give me the best service possible. I had such an amazing laser session with Jerline! Even though I arrived late, she still made sure to give me the best service possible. She checked every single detail, didn’t miss a spot, and asked me questions to understand exactly what I wanted. When I asked her to focus on certain areas on my face, she went above and beyond—giving me helpful advice, doing more than I expected, and even finishing with moisturizer that left me feeling truly pampered.
