The staff were welcoming, professional, and attentive. The clinic itself was clean, modern, and very relaxing, which immediately put me at ease.

The specialist took the time to understand my skin concerns and explained the treatment options in a clear and honest way. I really appreciated how personalized the approach was—it didn’t feel rushed or one-size-fits-all. The treatment itself was gentle yet effective, and I could already notice an improvement in my skin afterward.

What stood out the most was the level of care and expertise. The staff followed up after my visit and gave helpful aftercare advice, which showed they genuinely care about their clients’ results.

Dr. Nuha did such a beautiful job with my lip filler—I absolutely love the results! She was very professional, gentle, and made sure everything looked natural and perfectly done.

I would also like to commend Nurse Maria and Nurse Kelly for their kindness and care throughout the process. They were both incredibly friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even more pleasant.

I stopped counting the laser sessions I have been having but they are good. I had 2 sessions so far with Dimple and she’s been amazing, very critical and accurate. She double checks the area when lasering and makes sure to cover every teeny tiny bit. She asks you to double check as well and is willing to stay longer if needed. Very passionate and hard workin... I’m honestly writing this so nobody else goes through what I did.

I saw their “5 in 1 for 499 AED” offer and even confirmed everything with them on WhatsApp. They told me clearly:

Under eye will be done with dermapen or RRS

Lip refresher also with dermapen

1–3 sessions depending on my case

Free consultation with Dr. Jawaher before starting

So I trusted them and travelled almost 1 hour to reach there.

But when I went, the experience was totally different.
There was no proper consultation, no explanation, nothing. They didn’t do any of the things they promised in the chat. All they tried to do was put a simple face mask and finish it. And when I showed them their own WhatsApp messages, they didn’t accept anything.

Honestly, I came back very disappointed. It felt like they just say things to bring people in and then do something else when you arrive.

I’m sharing this only to help others so you don’t waste your time or money like I did. Show less »

I’m sharing my honest experience with The Skin Dermatology Clinic, Abu Dhabi after doing multiple facial laser sessions.
My first session was amazing the staff were professional and friendly, and I was really happy with the results. Because of that, I paid for all my sessions in advance.

But things went downhill after that. For my second session, I waited over two weeks just to get an appointment. The staff member “PAMELA” asked if I was doing a full body, and when I said only the face, she looked uninterested and made me feel like my session wasn’t worth her time. She rushed through the entire process in less than 10 minutes ,she didn’t treat all areas properly which was disappointing not worth for the money that i paid for.

My third session with “ROSE” was good again she’s professional and kind did in a proper way.
But then I faced constant booking issues rescheduling multiple times on the same day. When I booked my fourth session a day before, they didn’t even have my booking in their system. I had to wait more than an hour, and they still gave priority to other clients who came after me.

It honestly feels like they give special treatment to certain clients especially those who look wealthy or speak Arabic while ignoring others. That’s very unfair and disappointing.

Overall, they create high expectations at first, after that they won’t value clients time and money .
Not worth the time, money, or stress.

I truly hope they improve their attitude, booking system, and respect for all clients equally. Show less »
