I had the best first time experience at Skin laundry with Rama (Client Coordinator) and Dr Dina. Rama was super-friendly and professional and explained my services to me so clearly. Dr. Dina was very professional and knowledgeable. I enjoyed my experience and was impressed at today’s appointment.

I have been going to this clinic for 6 months now, so I can confidently say that Maricar is the best for laser. She is careful, welcoming, and has genuinely helped me throughout my laser journey. Her professionalism is the main reasons I kept coming back.

However, the management still decides to book clients for laser sessions even when the AC is not working. Today, the room temperature was 25°C!! And the AC was not working. and the Clarity II laser is already a very hot machine, which made the experience extremely uncomfortable.

What disappointed me even more was the response from the receptionist when I addressed the issue. Her reply was: “This is what we offer now.” I specifically explained that clients should not be booked for laser appointments if the clinic already knows the room has no proper AC and is very hot.

This situation reflects very poorly on the management and overall client care. Show less »

Joy and Liselle provided excellent full body service. They’re extremely friendly, very joyful, very skilled, and very precise. I would 100% recommend the full body laser package at skin laundry as they have the most advanced tools for the most optimum results, results I haven’t seen at other facilities.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. I purchased a package and had one session remaining, but I had to delay due to pregnancy and breastfeeding. When I contacted them after I was able to return, they refused to honor my remaining session simply because the package had expired. There was no flexibility or consideration for my situation. I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. I purchased a package and had one session remaining, but I had to delay due to pregnancy and breastfeeding.

When I contacted them after I was able to return, they refused to honor my remaining session simply because the package had expired. There was no flexibility or consideration for my situation.

What’s worse is that they are not responding to my calls or WhatsApp messages, which is very unprofessional.

I paid for a full package and expected better customer care and understanding. Unfortunately, this experience has been very disappointing, and I would not recommend this place. Show less »

After becoming pregnant, I was medically advised to not to proceed with treatment, yet the clinic refused to refund, relying only on a general no-refund policy with no clause addressing pregnancy or medical restrictions because the higher management are “ foreigner”. Some of the staff are really amazing! I am always nervous before any laser sessions, Maricar has made me feel very comfortable and at ease, very experienced and amicable. I look forward to my sessions with her, my skin feels amazing after. She really cares about results.
