The clinic maintains a very professional and welcoming environment. The staff are highly cooperative, attentive, and make you feel comfortable from the moment you arrive. I would especially like to thank Ms. Shmoukh for her kindness, support, and excellent assistance throughout my visits. She is very professional and truly cares about the patients’ comfort.

A special appreciation also goes to Dr. Munther Asa’ad, who handled my treatment with great expertise and professionalism. He explained the procedure clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt confident and relaxed during the session. His approach is very reassuring, and you can tell he has a lot of experience.

Overall, my experience at Enfield Royal Clinic has been outstanding. The clinic is clean, organized, and the entire team is very supportive. My doctor, Dr. Ahmed Naji, is an outstanding professional. From the very first consultation to the surgeries and recovery he explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable and confident. His calm attitude and expertise gave me full trust and the results speak for themselves. He is highly skilled, confident, knowledgeable, yet the same time very friendly and approachable. which made me feel safe throughout the entire process. He answered all my questions patiently, and handled both surgeries with great skill and care. That kind of care makes a huge difference, especially when surgery is involved. I truly felt I was in safe hands. I am genuinely grateful to him.

I would also like to give very special thanks to Rita, who assisted me throughout my entire journey. She is an exceptional human being — kind, gentle, friendly, caring, innocent, and truly has a golden heart. Even when I missed my appointment, she handled the situation with so much patience and sweetness, rebooking everything for me without any stress that it immediately put me at ease. After my surgeries, she followed up with me many times, checking on my condition and making sure I was doing well. That level of care is rare and deeply appreciated. Her caring attitude, innocent smile, and supportive nature made my entire experience much more comfortable and positive.
