I had a truly horrible experience at this clinic over a year ago when I went in for laser hair removal. The procedure was poorly executed, and they used excessive heat, which resulted in serious burns on my skin. Naturally, I filed a complaint with the Ministry of Health, but to my shock, the clinic falsified the report to cover up their mistakes.

When I received the report, it didn’t reflect the severity of the burns, so I wanted to reopen the case and present the evidence myself. However, I was told I would have to pay 5000 AED to do so—an outrageous amount for something I felt was their fault. Needless to say, I didn’t pay it, as it’s an unreasonable demand, especially when I was already dealing with the aftermath of their negligence.

What made the whole situation worse was the unprofessional behavior of the staff, particularly the manager, Wafaa. She was completely unsympathetic to my situation, and it took me around two months just to get the remaining balance back. I had paid for six sessions but only had one before the disastrous second visit. Even after all this, they didn’t offer any compensation for the pain or the poor service.

This whole experience was a nightmare. I strongly advise anyone considering this clinic to stay away. The lack of care, professionalism, and accountability is truly unacceptable
