I had a very disappointing and unprofessional experience at this clinic. I came specifically for the UAE National Day offers for Hydrafacial, Carbon Mask, and Dermapen, all clearly advertised around 350–400 AED. During the consultation, I told the doctor I came for the Hydrafacial offer since I have Pigmentation issues, but she instead suggested a chemical peel with multiple sessions. At no point did she mention any price, and I assumed it was related to the offer I came for.

Without explaining the cost, they proceeded with the chemical peel. Only after the session, at the reception, was I suddenly told the package would cost 2,200 AED. When I said this was never discussed, they then told me that the one session I had just done cost 800 AED. After pushing back and explaining that the consultant never informed me of the price, they dropped it to 420 AED, which shows how unclear and misleading their pricing is.

As someone who doesn’t know much about aesthetic treatments, I felt misled and taken advantage of. A clinic should never perform a treatment without clearly stating the price beforehand. My experience felt more like a sales trap than a proper consultation. I would advise anyone visiting to ask for written pricing before agreeing to anything. Show less »

I’d like to thank Dr. Saeed Kablan, with whom I recently had some procedures at Accura Aesthetic Medical Center. I wanted to share my wonderful experience with Botox and Mesotherapy.
Dr. Saeed took the time to explain every step clearly and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the process. The results of the Botox look so natural and fresh — exactly how I wanted them to be! As for the Mesotherapy, my skin feels noticeably tighter and looks at least five years younger.
His technique is very gentle, and it’s clear that he genuinely cares about his patients, recommending only the procedures that truly suit each individual case.

It’s rare to find someone at the front desk who makes you feel that cared for, and Sarah truly did that. Her communication was clear, and she answered all my questions with patience and professionalism.

When it came to the laser service, Julin was simply amazing. She was very professional, knowledgeable, and made sure I understood every step of the treatment. I really appreciated how she took her time to ensure everything was clean, precise, and comfortable. Her work was fast yet very organized, and she made sure I felt at ease the entire time. You can really tell that she cares about her clients and takes pride in her work.

Both Sarah and Julin made my visit an outstanding one. Their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail reflect the clinic’s high standards. There were SO MANY issues:

I went because I’ve been having headaches from my TMJ, I told him about it he brushed it off and in the beginning didn’t even seem to know what it was. When I mentioned masseter muscle he was like oh yeah okay.
But you need in your forehead and your eyebrows and your marionette lines.

I politely declined and said listen I’m open to forehead but let’s focus on my issue my masseter. It’s not for aesthetics, he literally said your husband won’t notice and will just think you got prettier, well guess what doctor my husband noticed and he thinks I ruined my face, by trusting you.

In the past whenever I do this procedure, they are so delicate and ask me to bite release and they find points THROUGHOUT THE MUSCLE and insert a little Botox. Dr. Said inserted in ONE AREA OF THE MUSCLE I STILL CANT OPEN MY MOUTH NORMALLY AND THE PAIN IS INTOLERABLE. I still feel two balls of Botox in my mouth area. I had to go to the ER, and thankfully he did NOT hit any nerve.

Then when he did my forehead and eyebrows it was brutish he would insert the needle twist and pull. Literally the guy spent five minutes, as if I’m a piece of meat.

I’ve done Botox once a year with different doctors and each doctor has spent atleast 30 minutes administering the Botox carefully and really making sure they were putting it in the right areas. Dr. Said doesn’t care he thinks he knows what he’s doing and that’s his down fall, your patients trust you and you need to protect them, that is one hundred percent not what happened today.

Lastly and weirdly admin, asking you to sign three documents and don’t even bother having you read them. I asked to read each document. They offer Fazaa I asked for it since I was paying 2500 they said oh no the Dr gave you a big discount, I was in so much pain that I didn’t even want to fight them and just wanted to leave the clinic.

I’ve never felt so violated at a clinical level in my life. He was so abrasive, it’s day four and my face is still in so much pain. He told me it’s totally normal to get bruises etc, I still have hills of Botox across my face at day FOUR.

The pictures I’m adding are how much I can open my mouth with lots of pain. And the hills I still have due to the Botox.

And if you are reading this I will definitely 100% not be coming back for a 2 week touchup because the experience was not subpar I would say it was the worst I ever had. Show less »
