I had the best Hijama experience with this center. Therapist Medhat Hegazi is such an experienced, highly knowledgeable and at the same time very friendly. He explained the importance of Hijama and how it detoxifies your body etc..

The clinic itself gives you a warm feeling while you enter and the staffs were so friendly and welcoming.

I strongly recommend this place and for sure will be visiting quite often.

Today I visited Adam and Eve Medical Center for a Hijama session, and I would like to express my sincere thanks to Dr. Fatima. I have been a regular patient for a long time, but I stopped visiting for a while.
However, today I was pleasantly surprised to meet the new staff members, who were extremely professional and welcoming. Their attitude and communication were truly outstanding and made me feel very comfortable.

There were no other patients waiting, and I wasn’t asked for my ID until the exact moment my appointment was supposed to start, I paid for parking during this time because there is no free parking.

Ten minutes after the scheduled time, I was informed that the doctor was still on her way from an event and would need another 10 minutes to arrive. I wasn’t told she will not be in the center in advance, nor was I asked to come later. Yet the appointment had been confirmed earlier in the day, as if everything was on schedule

If a center can’t uphold basic responsibilities like valuing the patient’s time and transparent communication, I don’t feel confident trusting them with something as important as treatment on my face. It didn’t feel professional, and I didn’t feel welcomed so i left after 20 minutes (the doctor had still not reached). Show less »
