I've been coming here for over two weeks now. Your center is very clean and the receptionists are welcoming. Dr. Rafa, the physiotherapist, deserves a lot of praise. I feel better every time I finish a session with her. I find her extremely professional. Thank you for everything.

Never seen a clinic in AlAin this unprofessional!! I paid in advance to my session & it’s been 7 days they are not giving my money back! The reason i backed out is the unprofessional attitude of their dermatologist as she forced her opinion on me as a patient, literally saying “i either work on your face my way, or not do work at all”. Disregarding my patient desire/outlook on the whole procedure. Their reception promised me to resolve the refund, but has been dodging my request to speak to anyone in managerial position for a week now. To add up, they claim discounts on products in a way that is suspiciously affordable — watch out for copied products or those bought through blackmarket. Show less »

I’m writing this review after a very disappointing experience with Mamoun Medical Center.
There is no honesty or professionalism in how they deal with customers.

They lied and said they had two staff available for me and my daughter at the same time for our laser sessions — which turned out to be completely false.
Their communication is very poor, especially once you’ve already paid.
After payment, they no longer care whether you’re satisfied or not, and there is no follow-up at all.

Right now, I still have one full-body laser session left for me and my daughter, but they are not responding to calls or messages.

Overall, I would not recommend Mamoun Medical Center to anyone who expects honesty, professionalism, or respect for customers Show less »

So professional staff especially Dr.John, they ask you about every single detail before starting the laser treatment and they always make sure you’re satisfied with it. For example the attached pictures below were taken by the doctor one before the procedure to make sure the line was accurate as I wanted, and the second picture is after the treatment to make sure that I don’t want any changes or have concerns. And of course they never forget the post cream. You’ll find the service always professional and higher than your expectations or what you regularly see in other medical centers. Dr Maram , Dentist was exceptional. The best dental experience I have had. Very professional and dealt with all my requirements. It was a pleasure and highly recommend this clinic and the dental services here.
