Amazing! Got Botox, facial, sculpting, everything was very easy process. The whole team is very nice, Dr is very professional, hazel gave good facial. And the front desk is very kind.

This clinic has one of the worst services I have ever experienced. From the moment I walked in, everything was disorganized, unprofessional, and disrespectful. The staff showed zero care for patients, no proper communication, no basic courtesy, and no sense of responsibility.

The service was extremely poor, appointments were not handled properly, and the attitude of the staff was cold and dismissive. It felt like patients are treated as a burden rather than people who came for help.

There is no professionalism, no customer service, and no respect. The overall experience was disgusting and disappointing. I completely regret coming to this clinic and would never recommend it to anyone.

Save your time, money, and nerves — avoid this place at all costs. Show less »

I had such a great experience at Beverly Hills Wellness & Aesthetics Clinic. From the moment I walked in, everything felt calm, beautiful, and really well-organized. The team is super kind and welcoming — you can tell they genuinely care about how you feel, not just about doing a quick treatment.

The doctors take their time to listen and explain everything clearly, which made me feel completely at ease. What I loved most is how natural the results are — subtle but you instantly feel and look better. The space itself is also stunning — spotless, relaxing, and with that “Beverly Hills” touch of luxury that makes you want to come back.

I had a great visit to Beverly Hills in Dubai this afternoon! Everything was lovely - from being greeted by reception, followed up with a cappuccino, to seeing Dr Shiva who advised me with a treatment plan I was comfortable with. The Operations Manager, Darta even checked in & was warm and accommodating!

Dr Shiva (along with the assistance of Nurse Dr Ryan) provided me with the most painless aesthetic experience I’ve ever had and I’m already looked forward to seeing my results.
