We also had an in-room dining service during our stay with help from Yaqoob and Rohit. They did an amazing job delivering a fine dining experience inside the hotel room and on the balcony. I recently stayed with my family at Waldorf Astoria Dubai Palm Jumeirah for three nights, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional.

From the moment we arrived until our departure, the level of service was truly extraordinary and exceeded all expectations. Every team member demonstrated genuine hospitality, professionalism, and attention to detail that made our stay both memorable and seamless.

The hotel's location on Palm Jumeirah is outstanding, offering a beautiful beachfront setting, stunning views, and convenient access to Dubai's major attractions while maintaining a peaceful and luxurious atmosphere.

The rooms are remarkably spacious, elegant, and thoughtfully designed, making them ideal for families. The facilities are equally impressive, including a well-equipped gym, beautifully maintained swimming pools, and an excellent selection of restaurants offering high-quality cuisine and impeccable service.

What truly sets this property apart is its people. A special thank you to Mr. Moustafa from Reception, whose professionalism and care made us feel genuinely welcomed. My sincere appreciation also goes to Mr. Jacob, F&B Manager, for ensuring an exceptional dining experience throughout our stay, and to Ms. Julia, Assistant Reception Manager, for her outstanding hospitality and attention to detail.

I would also like to extend my gratitude to Operations Director Mr. Raymond, whose leadership is clearly reflected in the flawless guest experience delivered across the resort.

Finally, my deepest appreciation goes to the exceptional General Manager, Mr. David Wilson. His commitment to excellence is evident in every aspect of the hotel, and he has cultivated a team that consistently delivers world-class hospitality.

Overall had a pleasant experience. The location is excellent, while the outdoor ambience and landscaping create a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere. One of the highlights of the stay was the staff and guest relations team, who were consistently friendly, attentive and professional throughout my visit.

The room itself was spacious and comfortable, providing plenty of space to relax. However, considering the price point and the hotel's luxury five-star positioning, I felt that the in-room setup, furnishings, and amenities did not fully reflect the level of luxury I expected. Additionally, sound insulation could be improved, as noise from adjacent rooms was noticeable at times and affected the overall comfort.

In summary, I had a good stay and enjoyed the overall experience, particularly the service, location and outdoor environment. However, given the rates being charged, I do not feel the property offers the best value for money and falls slightly short of the luxury experience one would expect at this price level. Show less »

My stay at the Waldorf Astoria Dubai Palm Jumeirah has been a very pleasant experience. The hotel is beautiful, the facilities are excellent, and the staff have been consistently friendly, professional, and accommodating throughout my stay.

A special mention goes to Lawrence on the beach team, who has been exceptional. He has always been attentive and helpful, making sure we had comfortable sunbeds and keeping us well looked after with drinks and anything else we needed. His positive attitude and excellent service have really enhanced our experience.

Just coming to the end of a 10 day stay at this wonderful hotel. Rooms were lovely, well appointed, comfortable furniture and beds, our suite had spectacular water and sunset views. Unlike many hotels on the palm this relatively small hotel exudes a luxury boutique feel. All of the staff were beyond amazing with astounding attention to detail. The only area where this was not so was the concierge desk where the staff were utterly hopeless and indifferent. We replaced the ineffective concierge with Google. Only other minor niggle would be that the hotel is on the far reaches of the palm, so a descent uber ride from most other things things. We ate at all the restaurants and food and staff were exemplary. Hints for future travellers. Do not upgrade to a Pearl Club room, the benefits of doing so are illusionary. Do rent a bed or cabana on Sunset 55, this is the ultimate Dubai beach experience. Will certainly be back despite it's minor inconsistencies. Show less »

Although i have named two staff, these just stood out to us but we could not fault any of the staff who were all so keen to ensure we had everything we needed at all times.

From the facilities, amazingly comfy beds, to the excellent food quality and choice. But what really makes it a great hotel are the staff. Always on hand, never have to wave at a waiter in the restaurants for attention and all the staff throughout the hotel wear a smile, always a nod and a good morning/afternoon. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and immaculately clean, with stunning views to dubai coast and absolute comfort. The beach and pool areas were peaceful and perfectly maintained—ideal for true relaxation. Every detail reflected the high standards and refined taste the Waldorf Astoria brand is known for.

Breakfast and dining (Turkish buffet in the Mezzerie Restaurant) were highlights of the stay, with excellent quality, variety, and attentive service throughout.
