She explained every step as she went along, making sure I was comfortable the whole time. Extremely unprofessional and zero respect for patients!! I started my orthodontic treatment here because I specifically chose my doctor. I have already paid more than half of the total cost. Now, when it was finally time to fix my braces, I found out that my doctor no longer works at this clinic. What shocked me the most is that no one bothered to inform me about this in advance. No call, no message, no email. This shows a disrespect towards patients! Changing a doctor in the middle of treatment it directly affects the results and my health!! But they don’t care! I am requesting a refund so I can start my treatment and treatment plan from scratch elsewhere. Show less »

Best clinic I have even been to! The staff and DR's are sooooo good. The laser machine is THE BEST! I've never seen this machine in any other clinics in Ras Al Khaimah (Clarity 2), thank you Dr. Nehad, Jincy and Maryam for the best services.
