From Disappointment to Satisfaction

At first, I was disappointed with this clinic because they made me wait for more than 30 minutes. When it was finally my turn, the therapist looked tired, but she still greeted me with a smile. During the session, it felt as though she was simply kneading dough, so I wasn’t satisfied with the massage. However, I could tell that she was actually skilled and knew the proper massage techniques.

A few weeks later, I decided to give the clinic another chance and booked a morning appointment. This time, the massage was completely satisfying. The way she massaged my back, abdomen, and even my face was excellent. She released all the tension from my body and worked with full energy and dedication. I was very happy with the experience.

I have now almost completed my sixth session, and I will definitely come back. She is truly one of the most skilled massage therapists I have ever had. As long as she isn’t tired and has enough time to focus on you, you can expect an excellent massage. Show less »

Honestly one of the best clinic experiences I’ve had. The doctor was very respectful, professional, and made me feel comfortable during the appointment. The staff were friendly, appointments were organized, and everything went smoothly without long waiting times. Overall the treatment and service were really good. Highly recommend 🤍

Extremely unprofessional and zero respect for patients!! I started my orthodontic treatment here because I specifically chose my doctor. I have already paid more than half of the total cost. Now, when it was finally time to fix my braces, I found out that my doctor no longer works at this clinic. What shocked me the most is that no one bothered to inform me about this in advance. No call, no message, no email. This shows a disrespect towards patients! Changing a doctor in the middle of treatment it directly affects the results and my health!! But they don’t care! I am requesting a refund so I can start my treatment and treatment plan from scratch elsewhere. Show less »

Best clinic I have even been to! The staff and DR's are sooooo good. The laser machine is THE BEST! I've never seen this machine in any other clinics in Ras Al Khaimah (Clarity 2), thank you Dr. Nehad, Jincy and Maryam for the best services.
