I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. The reception team is rude, defensive, and far from professional. For such a small clinic, having 5 receptionists at a time or more you would expect organized and high-quality service —unfortunately, it is the opposite.

I have had 6 different technicians performing my laser sessions. Every time I request the same nurse/technician, the clinic keeps changing the staff right before the appointment, giving me no time or option to reschedule. This constant change creates stress and raises questions about consistency in treatment.

The laser results are extremely weak and inefficient. The technicians rush through the sessions very fast, without precision or accuracy, which directly affects the outcome. When I raised my concern about the poor results, the receptionist responded with:

“No one has ever complained about this except you.”
“You are the only one unhappy.”

This is difficult to believe. In any service-based clinic, feedback and concerns are normal — denying them instead of addressing them shows lack of professionalism and care.

When I asked to allow more time so technicians can work precisely and thoroughly, I was told that the clinic has a strict 2-hour rule for all laser sessions, and they refuse to extend this time even if it compromises accuracy and results. A time limit that impacts treatment quality is not a rule to defend — it is a flaw in the clinic’s system.

I am only completing my sessions because I already paid for a full package, but once it ends, I will never return, never rebook, and will not recommend or suggest this clinic to anyone. The service is rushed, poorly coordinated, and the laser treatment does not meet acceptable standards.

There are far better clinics with respectful staff, proper time management, and effective laser results. Save your time, money, and peace of mind. Show less »
