My wife had written a review regarding the hair transplant and PRP session I underwent at this clinic around two years ago. If you check the review (lowest ratings), it was written 7 months ago after we waited 1.3 years following the treatment, and the clinic has responded just 3 weeks ago. You will also notice that they were the ones who reached out to us, despite already being fully aware of the entire situation, having seen the images and understood the background.
As requested, my wife contacted Sokaina at the clinic. She assured her that they would resolve the issue but requested that she take the review down or keep it on hold until a solution was provided. My wife told her that the focus should not be on removing the review, but rather on delivering actual results.
From the moment we arrived at the clinic, Dr. Sedaf was defensive and quick to shift the blame onto me. She said, “You take steroids. I have mentioned it in my report.” She never asked me any questions, she simply began accusing me of taking steroids as a way to explain why the grafts had fallen. I have never, in my entire life, touched steroids.
My wife was furious. She demanded, “Show me the results. Show me the reports. Where is the evidence that he takes steroids?” At that point, Dr. Sedaf went quiet, visibly unsettled. She then pivoted to saying that the follicles would fall out soon because I have a condition called alopecia. Since she could no longer use the steroid explanation, she shifted the blame to a medical condition that was never disclosed to us, neither by her, the clinic, nor any other doctor.
My wife then asked, “If you knew he had this condition and the grafts were going to fall off so soon, why did you even recommend this treatment?” What Dr. Sedaf said in response was shocking. She admitted, “This is aesthetics. If we tell the patient they have this condition, they would never agree to get the hair transplant from us.”
She also admitted, “I agree the work is not good, and you should have been informed. But again, this is not my fault. The clinic should have told you.”
At this point, my wife told her, “In that case, just issue a refund. We will either stop pursuing treatment or consult someone else.” Dr. Sadaf replied, “No matter what treatment you do, it is not going to be of any use because of his condition.” so she said she would check with the management and inform them that we were demanding a refund.
A week later, my wife followed up. Their response was, “We did the best we could for this condition, so we will not offer a refund. We can only offer a discount for any other treatments he may want.” I responded, “How can you suggest other treatments when Dr. Sedaf clearly said that no treatment would be effective?”
My wife also explained the entire situation to Sukaina but she responded in a very robotic way, saying, “I understand how disappointed you must have been to hear that his follicles are going to fall out"
It was clear to us that every person at the clinic knows how to shift the blame and make several excuses after taking your money.
The disappointment was not simply about hair loss. The real issue was that Dr. Sedaf initially blamed steroids without any evidence. When that narrative fell apart, she introduced a diagnosis of alopecia and admitted they conceal such information because patients would not proceed with treatment otherwise.
This clinic is, without a doubt, one of the worst we have ever encountered. Avoid it at all costs. You will end up losing a lot of money. Dr. Sadaf even acknowledged that she had not done a good job but still said, “You were bald earlier and at least you have some hair now. Although the results are patchy, at least there is hair.”
She seemed satisfied with her substandard work, despite the clinic initially assuring us that I would get a full hairline with good density through a hair transplant and PRP.
I can provide proof of every single thing I mentioned in this review if anyone wants to verify it.
PS- even Enfield Royal clinic belongs to the same brand.
