I had to wait for one of the staff to come upstairs. Submitted my EID and i was told the Dr has yet to arrive. When the Dr came he was not aware of the aplointment and he called in another patient, who arrived afterI did. [To be fair - Dr is not at fault]

I did not want to post this but now you are sending me whats app message to book.

No apology
No recognition of my time wasted

Please stop sending me messages to book if you cant be bothered to deal manner you treat patients/clients.

I went to the clinic to check a promotion I found on Instagram. I texted them to have morning information and dei answer that I could come for a free consultation: included One-Hour Parking
Doctor Consultation, Diet Counselling, Body Composition Analysis, Fitness Assessment, Pain Management Assessment, Physiotherapy Counselling,advanced AI Skin Analysis. The doctor arrived 43 minutes late. She blame It on me telling me they tried to call me from the reception they day earlier and I did not answer. I showed her the TWO text of confermati on I have got on whatsapp, She explained that is AI only, to actually confirm a booking I had to answer to the phone. I recieved one call from and unknown number while I was working (I cannot stay at the phone since I work with children). Stilly fault apparently. The doctor then suggested me a different treatment from the one I enquiry for, which is totally ok since She know better for sure. It's also totally ok don't want to spend 5000 aed for a treatment I am not sure about. Since I told her the price was a bit high I been offer another option (still too pricey for me), then immediately dismissed. No other complimentary service has been done, not even the parking since I stayed more than one hour because of the doctor being late.
I don't use to write bad rewiews, I usually keep them for myself especially because they are unfair on the poor people of the staff like the girls at the reception, who has been exeptionally nice. But this required a rewiew. Show less »

I chose Elite Body Home Polyclinic after comparing many clinics in Dubai because of their excellent reviews and reasonable prices. I have undergone several treatments here, and my overall experience has been outstanding.

I had Botox treatment, and within two weeks I noticed smoother forehead lines, reduced frown lines and bunny lines, softened smile lines, and a more refreshed look with a subtle eyebrow lift. I also did PRP for face and hair with Dr. Shahzina. During the sessions, I felt only mild pricking and slight tightness, but the process was comfortable thanks to the doctor’s expertise and the professional care of Khshar, the nurse, and other assisting staff (sorry I don’t know all their names).

Normally, I am very anxious about facial treatments due to the risk of complications, but their skill and reassurance gave me confidence and helped me embrace self-care.

I am also continuing Mounjaro injection sessions with proper dietary guidance from their dietitians, and I am already seeing noticeable weight loss results.

A special mention to Dr. Mohammad Khalid, who performed my Nano teeth whitening treatment along with detailed cleaning and polishing. He was very patient and thorough, and the results were instantly visible—my teeth looked brighter, smoother, and shinier right after the procedure.

I visited Dr. Mohammad Khalid in Elite body home poly clinic for the first time along with my friend, who had an appointment. Even though I didn’t have an appointment myself, he was kind enough to listen to my concerns and provided a complete consultation for me as well. He is extremely professional, competent, and honestly the best doctor I have ever met. His explanation was clear and satisfying, and I felt very confident about his approach.
