Horrible experience at Elite Clinic. Me, my sisters and colleagues went for hair laser treatment to them and had such a bad experience. The lady technician there is extremely rude, doesn’t provide towels or proper after care. She also caused burns and cuts during the treatment and would just say “sorry” and move on like nothing happened. While she was on leave there was a replacing technician who had come from the other branch and she was so good and provided us with proper care and very polite so we started requesting her for our sessions going forward. I then received a call from the previous technician telling me to go to the other branch and get my laser done if I want the replacing technician. She spoke so rudely and kept asking why I asked for the other technician as if I’ve not paid for the services and also gotten more people. Even when my sister when to the clinic she was intimidating and questioning her why she wanted to change the technician. She even told her she’s not going to do my treatment after this because I’ve complained about her. After raising this to the receptionist and the whole team there it was useless because they all support her and don’t care about customers. And idk how and why she has access to our personal contact and has the courage to speak to customers like that and deny them treatment. Finally the manager reached out and told me to come to the other clinic with the other technician. The manager was very kind and helpful but we are done with the clinic and their lack of support and care towards their customers. They just want to protect her and unfortunately because of that they lost their customers. Won’t recommend this place to anyone. There are better clinics with more facilities providing better packages and more hospitable treatment. Here we paid money to get burns, cuts, and humiliation 👎🏻 Show less »

I had 3 PRP sessions with Dr. Muqdas (after doing my own research, I requested to proceed with it) and I’m satisfied with the overall experience.

The doctor was very supportive, informative, and took the time to explain the procedure clearly. The PRP sessions were quick and relatively less painful than expected. I noticed a visible improvement in my hair thickness, especially in the general scalp area.

However, the temples and forehead areas, which were already thinning, did not show significant improvement.

One area that could be improved is hygiene practices, such as using separate sheets for different patients.

Overall, the pricing was very reasonable, and the doctor maintained a professional approach throughout the treatment. I would recommend this clinic for PRP, especially considering the value for money. Show less »

Today I visited Elite Care Medical Center located in Al Falah Tower, Abu Dhabi. During my visit, I had the opportunity to meet Dr. Eman Jawad, who provided me with a very clear and detailed explanation of the Hair PRP procedure.

Dr. Eman patiently briefed me about the complete process, benefits, and expectations of the treatment, which made me feel confident and comfortable. After the consultation, I decided to proceed with the PRP treatment on the same day.

I must say that the procedure was excellent and very well managed. The experience was smooth, professional, and far better than my expectations. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel obligated to share my experience so others can be aware. I underwent composite bonding at this clinic, and it has unfortunately ruined my gum health. I’ve now ended up needing an injection due to complications that clearly stemmed from the treatment.

I was treated by Dr. Sahana
and I truly wish I could give a rating of zero. The experience has left me in pain and shock. I expected a basic level of care and follow-up, but instead, I’ve had to deal with the consequences alone.

If anyone from the clinic reads this, I strongly urge you to contact me and take accountability. This isn’t just about bad service — it’s about patient safety, which should never be compromised. Show less »
