I was quite nervous about it, but Dr. Nourhan and her amazing team — the nurses, assistants, and staff — were so kind, gentle, and professional. I went to First Global Clinic for a laser treatment, and unfortunately, they burned my skin. I went to First Global Clinic for a laser treatment, and unfortunately, they burned my skin.
During the session, I told the technician that I was feeling a lot of pain, but she kept saying it was “normal.” I explained that I had done laser treatments before, and it never felt like this — yet she still said it was normal.

When I got home, my skin was very red and burning, so I sent them photos and asked if I should go to the hospital. They said, “No, it’s a normal reaction.”
The next day, the burns became much worse, turning into open wounds. When I went to the hospital, the doctor confirmed that I had a laser burn.

I contacted the clinic again and told them they should have been honest from the beginning — if I had gone to the hospital right away, it would have been better for my health. They never replied.

Later, I tried to get an appointment with a dermatologist through them, but they said the doctor was sick and wouldn’t come. When I asked to speak with the manager, they said they would call me — but no one ever did.

This experience was very disappointing. They burned my body, ignored my pain, and took no responsibility. I hope they treat their future patients with more honesty and care. Show less »

It was very painful, the procedures were constantly going through and there was no result after my package expired. The hair on my arms and on top of my lips only started to grow thicker, since I was constantly shaving before the laser. It is absolutely not worth wasting time and money. Every time due to trying another service and I have to add to my review, I have to compliment the best dentist ever Dr Ziad Saqer honestly amazing is an understatement! He’s gentle he’s detailed and I love his work!
