I went to First Global Clinic for a laser treatment, and unfortunately, they burned my skin.
During the session, I told the technician that I was feeling a lot of pain, but she kept saying it was “normal.” I explained that I had done laser treatments before, and it never felt like this — yet she still said it was normal.
When I got home, my skin was very red and burning, so I sent them photos and asked if I should go to the hospital. They said, “No, it’s a normal reaction.”
The next day, the burns became much worse, turning into open wounds. When I went to the hospital, the doctor confirmed that I had a laser burn.
I contacted the clinic again and told them they should have been honest from the beginning — if I had gone to the hospital right away, it would have been better for my health. They never replied.
Later, I tried to get an appointment with a dermatologist through them, but they said the doctor was sick and wouldn’t come. When I asked to speak with the manager, they said they would call me — but no one ever did.
This experience was very disappointing. They burned my body, ignored my pain, and took no responsibility. I hope they treat their future patients with more honesty and care.
