I wanted to wait to finish all the session with the package that I bought (which the price is so much compared to other clinics and doesn’t do much for your skin) but I can’t wait anymore.

I bought a package last year end of November to remove my scar and they initially said PRP will help so I bought the package. They said to wait 2 weeks before we can do that, then when I came back, the dr. said i cannot do it yet because there is still inflammation. After 2 weeks I came back again and they said the dr. is not available on Sundays anymore and I have to come back in weekdays which is not convenient for me as I have work (how can you let me buy a service which you can do consultation and made me pay on Sunday and cannot arrange for a dr. on Sundays when you have to do the session?). Which made me wait for 4 months and no session happened because of the unavailability of the doctors on Sunday. I met another doctor and she said that I cannot do PRP anymore as the scar is not anymore advisable to be treated with PRP (another disappointment as how can they let me buy a PRP package and let me wait that long if this treatment is only for a fresh scar?)

My scar is still there and when I asked for refund and frequent follow up, nothing happened! So I just decided to convert it to facials which btw, they converted a price of 3 PRP sessions to a 4 hydrafacial session which I believe is too much (how can you give a same price of a PRP equivalent to a hydrafacial?). Overall, it’s so disorganized and now my last session is also being cancelled as they do not have a therapist, when before booking it for Sunday, they said that they will arrange for someone to be there. There is no proper handover and no proper information prior to booking.

I’m deeply sorry for the brand as they have good reputation in DUBAI but this branch is so disappointing. Show less »

The staff is very friendly and welcoming, which I really appreciated. However, I found the treatment to be quite costly. I got a HydraFacial done, but didn’t see any dramatic results. My skin feels a bit more hydrated, but the whiteheads on my chin and nose are still very visible. Overall, the experience was okay, but I was hoping for more noticeable improve... Show more »

I’ve been visiting Kaya Clinic in Fujairah for the past 3 months, and I must say, the experience has been nothing short of exceptional. That’s something you simply can’t take away from her.

The entire staff is also incredible. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with warm, welcoming smiles and calm, respectful service that puts you at ease. They truly know how to treat their clients with care and dignity.

If you’re considering tattoo removal, I highly recommend Kaya Clinic. They have state-of-the-art equipment, top-notch hygiene standards, and all the facilities you need for effective treatment. My results so far have been impressive, and I’m more confident than ever.
