I’ve been doing laser maintenance for 1+ year and know exactly how my skin should respond. After a session, my hair normally sheds in 10-12 days and skin becomes smooth.

My experience at this clinic was pathetic and unprofessional. It’s now Day 18 post-treatment and I have extensive patchy hair growth on my chest, back, arms, hands, legs, and stomach. The hair is still firmly rooted and painful to pull, meaning it was never treated properly.

The technician rushed through my full-body Soprano Titanium session. She was extremely fast and missed multiple areas despite me pointing them out. When I asked her to slow down and focus, she kept saying “relax, I know my job.” She did not build up heat properly on chest, back, or arms. Knowing male pattern hair growth, she also failed to adjust settings/fluence accordingly.

The result: I look terrible with patchy growth everywhere. When I requested a free touch-up — which is standard policy at reputable clinics for missed spots — they denied it and started justifying their mistakes. Zero accountability.

They happily take payment upfront but provide zero customer service when there’s a complaint. They don’t welcome clients who raise legitimate issues. After paying for a full session, I did not receive the results I paid for.

I would NEVER recommend this clinic for laser. They charge you and don’t care about customer satisfaction. Avoid if you want actual results and not just a rushed “laser massage.”

However, the pricing was extremely disappointing. The charges were nowhere near what is advertised on their website. The website clearly states that pricing depends on the size of the lesion, and mine were very small. Despite this, Dr. Maria said that procedures in the intimate area cost extra — something that is not clearly mentioned online and didn’t make sense to me given the size-based pricing policy.
For a procedure that lasted about one minute, I was charged 1,575 AED, which I find outrageously overpriced.
Unfortunately, due to the lack of pricing transparency and the excessive cost, I would not recommend this clinic. Show less »

I can’t recommend the Therapist Ms Sally good enough! She took the time to listen to my concerns and answer all my questions, explained my treatment options in great detail and made sure I was fully informed before proceeding.

The procedures went smoothly and I was impressed by the level of expertise demonstrated and level of knowledge; especially skin care. She were gentle and attentive throughout the entire process, making me feel comfortable and safe.

Overall, I had a positive experience, would highly recommend it to anyone. If I need future treatments, I would not hesitate to go back to here. Show less »
