I chose this clinic based on its renowned reputation, expecting a premium experience. Unfortunately, the reality was the opposite.

The mole removal treatment was rushed. The numbing cream wasn't given time to work. The doctor was more focused on her phone than on me, performing the procedure with a dismissive and impatient attitude.

She ignored the specific spots I asked to have treated. When I pointed out a missed spot afterwards, I was met with a scoff and a scowl. Having had this treatment multiple times before, I can say the pain level and overall care were shockingly poor.

For such a prestigious clinic, I was treated like an inconvenience. A very disappointing experience. Show less »

A big thank you to Jelena, the therapist who treated me — she was incredibly kind, gentle, and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. She explained the process clearly and gave great aftercare tips, which I really appreciated.

The clinic itself is clean, well-organized, and has a calm, welcoming atmosphere. I noticed an immediate glow after the treatment and can already feel a difference in my skin.

Lucia Clinic is hands down one of the best clinics I’ve been to in Dubai. The entire team—from reception to the doctors—is extremely professional, kind, and welcoming. You really feel well taken care of from the moment you walk in.

One thing that really stands out is how advanced the clinic is. They’re always up-to-date with the latest generation of machines and technologies, which gives you a lot of confidence in the treatments. I’ve noticed a big difference in results compared to other places I’ve tried before.

The doctors are very knowledgeable and make sure to explain everything clearly, which I really appreciate. They don’t rush you and always take time to answer all your questions. The staff is also super friendly and helpful—always making sure you’re comfortable and informed.
