I have never seen a terrible service for a place like this, you book an appointment and 30 mins before they move the location to another mall, yet alone when u call the call centre it takes more than 40 mins for someone to reach out. I need a manager to get in touch with me as this level of service is terrible.

Last time the laser machine left marks on my skin, I got burnt and left marks.

I had the hydrofacial and mesotherapy with Domiez. I booked through WhatsApp and they are responsive. Domiez was lovely and professional and made me feel at ease and she explained the treatments and checked on me during the mesotherapy. She looked at my skin, identified my problem areas and then recommended treatment. My skin felt plump and hydrated afterwar... Show more »

I had a very disappointing and concerning experience at the Lumiere Skin Galleria Mall branch. After my last session, I was left with burns in multiple areas of my skin. I immediately visited their in-house dermatologist who prescribed a cream, but unfortunately, the burns are still visible and have not healed completely.

I raised a formal complaint to understand how this happened, and I was told that the management would be contacted and an investigation would be conducted. However, no one has followed up with me or provided any explanation or support since then.

The technicians at this branch are noticeably less professional compared to those in other Lumiere branches I’ve been to. Based on my experience, I do not recommend visiting this branch at all. If you value proper care, professionalism, and follow-up, I strongly advise you to choose another location. Show less »
