I had my laser session with Lizette and it was honestly one of the best clinic experiences I’ve had. From the moment I arrived she was very warm, kind, and welcoming, which immediately made me feel comfortable. She took the time to explain every step of the procedure and answered all my questions patiently, so I felt completely at ease.

What really stood out is how gentle and careful she is. The session was much more comfortable than I expected because she constantly checked on me and adjusted everything to my tolerance level. You can tell she truly cares about her clients and pays attention to details she works professionally but also with a very calming energy.

Don’t EVER do a hydrafacial with them. The technician who did mine months ago left me with scarring and post inflammatory erythema that I’m still struggling with till today. Don’t EVER do a hydrafacial with them. The technician who did mine months ago left me with scarring and post inflammatory erythema that I’m still struggling with till today. During the extraction she said it would hurt a bit. You know what it felt like? It felt like my face was being STABBED. Not to mention the technician was wearing her jewelry and her bracelet kept touching my face and lips while she’s extracting, wow hygiene 101 I must say. The extraction was the most painful thing I endured my entire life and she was saying this is normal… I believed her because I’ve never had manual extractions before but after looking up the pain level it should not have felt like this what so ever. My cheeks are filled with marks due to her incorrect and too deep extraction with the tools at this point it isn’t extraction It’s literal torture and months later I am still paying the price with red marks on my cheeks, I recommend you never visit this clinic due to hygiene problems and improper technique. To make this worse she recommended I do dermapen. Wow, dermapen with your jewelry on my face will be a perfect combo of dermapen plus bacteria, thanks for the wonderful offer. I noticed visible results right after my very first session. I highly recommend this clinic, but even more, I recommend Mariel. I have never seen a terrible service for a place like this, you book an appointment and 30 mins before they move the location to another mall, yet alone when u call the call centre it takes more than 40 mins for someone to reach out. Domiez was lovely and professional and made me feel at ease and she explained the treatments and checked on me during the mesotherapy. I had a very disappointing and concerning experience at the Lumiere Skin Galleria Mall branch. After my last session, I was left with burns in multiple areas of my skin. I immediately visited their in-house dermatologist who prescribed a cream, but unfortunately, the burns are still visible and have not healed completely.

I raised a formal complaint to understand how this happened, and I was told that the management would be contacted and an investigation would be conducted. However, no one has followed up with me or provided any explanation or support since then.

The technicians at this branch are noticeably less professional compared to those in other Lumiere branches I’ve been to. Based on my experience, I do not recommend visiting this branch at all. If you value proper care, professionalism, and follow-up, I strongly advise you to choose another location. Show less »
