I highly recommend Dr. Kavita. I had ongoing gum problems and bleeding for years and tried treatments in Abu Dhabi and Sharjah without real improvement. I am extremely disappointed with Marina Medical Clinic, specifically the reception and booking process.

I booked an appointment back in November for January 10 and structured my entire day around it. I arrived only to be told that there was no booking under my name. This despite having clear WhatsApp confirmation of the appointment. This is now the second time this has happened to me, and I know for a fact it has happened to several friends as well.

This level of disorganization is unacceptable and frankly unprofessional.

What makes this even more frustrating is that the therapists themselves are excellent. Skilled, experienced, and genuinely caring. Unfortunately, the reception is the clinic’s Achilles heel. Poor systems, poor accountability, and no apparent ownership of mistakes.

I have a really good experience at this laser clinic. The lady who treated me was kind, patient, and very professional. The clinic is clean and welcoming, and the service was excellent. I’m very happy with my results so far and would happily come back.
