I had my 1ml lip filler done here on August 28. I want to give an honest review based on my personal experience.

The clinic itself is nice, clean, and welcoming. When I arrived, they offered me a bottled water, which was a thoughtful and polite gesture. Unfortunately, my experience with the actual procedure was not as positive.

The lady who performed my lip filler was very aggressive with the injections, and I felt that she was quite careless during the procedure. Lip filler is a delicate treatment, and I expected the injections to be done with more care and gentleness. There was also a language barrier, which made it difficult to communicate properly and explain how I was feeling during the procedure.

Thankfully, there is nothing wrong with my lips and I am satisfied with the final result. However, the way the procedure was performed made me uncomfortable, and I believe clients should be informed about this aspect before choosing an injector.

I’m giving this review honestly—not to leave a negative impression of the clinic, but because the quality of the procedure and the way a client is treated during an aesthetic treatment are just as important as the final result.

I hope the clinic takes this feedback seriously and makes sure their practitioners communicate clearly with clients and perform injections more carefully and gently. Show less »

I visited Ocean Beauty Spa for 0.5ml of Korean brand lip filler (230 AED). As soon as I walked in, they offered me a small bottle of water, which was very polite. I originally wanted 1ml, but the staff professionally advised me to start with 0.5ml, which I appreciated. However, the experience with the injector was mixed. Because of a slight language barrier, she became quite aggressive with me when I didn't fully understand her English. She even told me to "remove" my chin because it does not look nice. I was shocked, I told her this is my natural chin; there is nothing to remove. On the positive side, she clearly knows her technique and the overall shape is good. She even massaged the lips after injection. Unfortunately, likely due to the aggressive approach, she punctured a blood vessel, so my lips are currently very blue/bruised. I went to the salon to get my lashes done, but honestly the experience wasn’t good. They gave me a girl who didn’t seem specialized in lash extensions. She was sticking multiple lashes together in one clump and didn’t look trained.

When I saw the result, I was shocked — there were gaps and it wasn’t even. I asked her to fix it, and she tried, but it still wasn’t done properly.

The next day I got contact eczema on my forehead because she kept placing the lashes on my forehead and touching it a lot. After about a month, my lashes started falling out a lot, which never happened to me before. I usually do my lashes in other salons and this never happens.

I really hope they get trained and certified staff for this service. Show less »

I had the most amazing experience at this beauty spa! From start to finish everything was absolutely perfect.

Niro gave me the best pedicure and manicure I’ve ever had – so detailed, professional, and relaxing.

Elina worked magic on my eyelashes, they look flawless yet natural.

Uriya did my lip filler and the results are just stunning – so natural and exactly what I wanted.

A big thank you to Sedra at the front desk for her warm hospitality and dedication. She instantly made me feel comfortable and welcomed.

The whole vibe here makes you feel like you’re spending time with friends, not just visiting as a customer. I left feeling pampered, happy, and beautiful.

I would 100% recommend this place to everyone! 💕
