I’ve had mixed experiences at this clinic. My laser treatments have been excellent; I’ve seen great results, and the staff is really professional. However, I also had a filler procedure done recently, and unfortunately, it wasn’t a positive experience. I was never informed by either the reception or the doctor that the filler had an expiry date. Because of that, I missed my retouch session, and my remaining product went unused. I reached out to them several times on WhatsApp, but no one followed up with me. As a result, I paid for a treatment that I didn’t get the full benefit of, and the filler outcome also wasn’t ideal since I couldn’t do the correction. Overall, I’d recommend them for laser, but just be cautious and ensure you fully understand the policies before booking filler treatments. Show less »

I did with the therapist Nasreen. They just do blackhead cleaning for the pores and that’s it. In 10 mins she will clean your pores while steaming your face. And 10 minutes will apply face mask. No massage with hydra facial machine or with hands or anything at all. Your hydrafacial is done in less than 30 minutes. It’s a joke for them. And for other services also they are not good. They hardly have staff and keep rescheduling the appointments. Very unprofessional.
Moreover only receptionist Mona is polite, rest other receptionist are unprofessional and talk with so much attitude. Show less »

I underwent a facial cleaning and microneedling procedure at your clinic. I want to clearly state that I have never had herpes before and never experienced any herpes-related complications prior to this treatment.
One day after the procedure, I developed herpes lesions on my face. When I contacted your clinic, I was told that this was “normal” and advised to simply buy an ointment and wait for it to pass. No proper medical assessment or responsibility was taken.
Instead of improving, my condition worsened significantly. In addition to the herpes outbreak on my face, I developed a painful lump and swelling in the lymph node area. This is a serious medical complication.
As a result, I had to go to the hospital for urgent medical evaluation and now require medical treatment and prescribed medication.
Be prepared to be told that this is not the clinic’s responsibility and that you should “see a doctor.” I have already seen a doctor today and had to pay 1,500 AED for the consultation, examination, and medication. This is time and money I never expected to spend because of a cosmetic procedure.
I do not recommend this clinic. No one takes responsibility for the consequences of the procedures they perform. The level of professionalism and client care demonstrated in this situation is extremely disappointing and unacceptable. Show less »

The technician did not cover all areas properly with the laser, so some parts still have thick hair while other areas have no hair at all. This made the final result look uneven. The technician did not cover all areas properly with the laser, so some parts still have thick hair while other areas have no hair at all. This made the final result look uneven.
Only during the second session, when the technician was changed, I noticed a clear improvement. Unfortunately, the rest of the sessions were done by the same inexperienced technician, and the results did not improve.

The worst medical center I’ve ever dealt with. The receptionist has zero experience and no sense of professionalism or how to handle patients. She called me just 5 minutes before my appointment to confirm that they were waiting for me. The worst medical center I’ve ever dealt with. The receptionist has zero experience and no sense of professionalism or how to handle patients.

She called me just 5 minutes before my appointment to confirm that they were waiting for me. I had actually told her earlier that I didn’t want to come at that time because of heavy traffic .it takes me over an hour of driving to reach the clinic. But she assured me that everything was fine and the machine was ready, so I came anyway.

Once I arrived, she told me I had to wait. I waited over 30 minutes, and when I asked why, she suddenly said the machine wasn’t working and that they had the same issue earlier that morning.

That made no sense at all, because the machine was clean and ready before my appointment..that’s why she called me to come!

When I requested a refund, she even entered the wrong reason in the system. And when I wrote the real reason, she said “HR will not approve your refund.”
As a patient, I have no idea who “HR” even is or why that should affect my refund!

Absolutely unprofessional and disrespectful experience. Avoid this place at all costs.
