Great clinic with a very professional and friendly team. I had a deep cleansing and HydraFacial with Paula, and she was amazing! She was gentle, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable throughout the treatment. My skin looked and felt so refreshed afterward, and I’m really happy with the results. Highly recommend both the clinic and Paula!

I’ve been coming for facials, this is my third time. I finally had an amazing therapist called Paula from Finland. She was the best! Gave me skincare advice, and was overall so kind and lovely. The front desk staff are very pushy and after every facial they always ask me to buy more things. It’s not professional in my opinion, and I think they need to relax... Show more »

Also their communication needs to be improved on WhatsApp.

I had a great experience at ROSMETIC beauty salon. I did hair laser removal and a Dermapen treatment, and both were done very professionally. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. The salon is clean and welcoming, and I’m really happy with the results. Highly recommend!

Hands down, one of the best facials I have ever had (and I am a skincare junkie). From the moment I walked in, the experience felt thoughtful, professional, and genuinely personal.

The facial therapist (I forgot her name) was exceptional, incredibly polite, calm, and clearly highly experienced. You can tell when someone genuinely knows their craft and cares about what they are doing, and that was evident at every step. She took the time to understand my skin, explained the process, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the treatment.

What really stood out to me was the before and aftercare. I received proper guidance on how to prep my skin beforehand and, even more importantly, detailed aftercare advice, something that is surprisingly rare in Dubai clinics, where many rush you in and out. This level of attention made a noticeable difference to my results.

My skin felt refreshed, balanced, and visibly glowing, not just immediately after but days later as well. It was one of those treatments where you leave feeling cared for, not just treated.

I genuinely can't recommend this facial (and the therapist) enough. Show less »

Her nurse was just as lovely, caring and calming and she matched the same positive, comforting energy. Together they made the whole experience feel safe and personalised.
