The front desk staff are very pushy and after every facial they always ask me to buy more things. It’s not professional in my opinion, and I think they need to relax.
Also their communication needs to be improved on WhatsApp.

I have been going to Rosemetic for more than 4 years, and my experience has always been exceptional. From the moment you walk in, the whole team is so professional, welcoming, and makes you feel comfortable.

A very special mention to Dr. Alaa and Leila — truly the best people to deal with. They genuinely guide you on what treatment is best for your skin and never recommend unnecessary procedures just to make money, which is very rare to find these days. I blindly trust their advice because they always put your needs first.

Dr. Alaa is not only extremely professional but also such a kind soul. The moment you meet her, you feel such positive energy around her. She always listens patiently to your concerns, understands exactly what you want, and makes you feel comfortable and reassured throughout the process. I have done laser hair removal and Mesotherapy with Dermapen in Rosmetic Medical Center and my experience is amazingggg! The laser device is extremely effective and I noticed the difference from the very first session, the therapist is excellent and detail oriented. The Mesotherapy and Dermapen was spectacular! The specialist is very experienced and used the most suitable products to my skin, she explained exactly what I will go through after the session and gave me all the after care instructions! The staff is amazing and very supportive and helpful. I will give my experience 10/10 and I trust them with my skin and face always! ♥️♥️ Show less »

I’ve been coming to this salon for over a year now, and the experience has consistently been excellent. The team is professional, communication is always clear, and the girls at the reception are welcoming and pleasant.
During my last visit, I had Botox done with Dr. Reem, and I’m extremely pleased with both the results and her approach. She explained everything clearly, was very honest, and made me feel completely at ease. The Salmon DNA treatment with Dr. Reem Hanna was on another level to all treatments I have ever experienced. Immediate results from first session. Staff & Dr were extremely caring and supportive, they made my journey and every single appointment super smooth.

I had a great experience at ROSMETIC beauty salon. I did hair laser removal and a Dermapen treatment, and both were done very professionally. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. The salon is clean and welcoming, and I’m really happy with the results. Highly recommend!

Hands down, one of the best facials I have ever had (and I am a skincare junkie). From the moment I walked in, the experience felt thoughtful, professional, and genuinely personal.

The facial therapist (I forgot her name) was exceptional, incredibly polite, calm, and clearly highly experienced. You can tell when someone genuinely knows their craft and cares about what they are doing, and that was evident at every step. She took the time to understand my skin, explained the process, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the treatment.

What really stood out to me was the before and aftercare. I received proper guidance on how to prep my skin beforehand and, even more importantly, detailed aftercare advice, something that is surprisingly rare in Dubai clinics, where many rush you in and out. This level of attention made a noticeable difference to my results.

My skin felt refreshed, balanced, and visibly glowing, not just immediately after but days later as well. It was one of those treatments where you leave feeling cared for, not just treated.

I had the most amazing experience with Dr Reem for my lip filler. She took so much care in aligning my lips perfectly with my facial features and gave me a natural, beautifully balanced shape that suits me so well. We worked completely at my pace, slow and steady bit by bit, which made me feel incredibly comfortable throughout.
Dr Reem explained every part of the process clearly, including how I might feel during and after the treatment as well as all the aftercare steps. I felt genuinely supported and could fully trust her expertise. She is not only highly skilled but also so warm, friendly and reassuring.
Her nurse was just as lovely, caring and calming and she matched the same positive, comforting energy. Together they made the whole experience feel safe and personalised.
