I had a great experience at ROSMETIC beauty salon. I did hair laser removal and a Dermapen treatment, and both were done very professionally. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. The salon is clean and welcoming, and I’m really happy with the results. Highly recommend!

Hands down, one of the best facials I have ever had (and I am a skincare junkie). From the moment I walked in, the experience felt thoughtful, professional, and genuinely personal.

The facial therapist (I forgot her name) was exceptional, incredibly polite, calm, and clearly highly experienced. You can tell when someone genuinely knows their craft and cares about what they are doing, and that was evident at every step. She took the time to understand my skin, explained the process, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the treatment.

What really stood out to me was the before and aftercare. I received proper guidance on how to prep my skin beforehand and, even more importantly, detailed aftercare advice, something that is surprisingly rare in Dubai clinics, where many rush you in and out. This level of attention made a noticeable difference to my results.

My skin felt refreshed, balanced, and visibly glowing, not just immediately after but days later as well. It was one of those treatments where you leave feeling cared for, not just treated.

A special thank you to Caryl, the laser therapist — she made me feel comfortable throughout the entire session. I’m very happy with the treatment and will definitely be coming back. I had the most amazing experience with Dr Reem for my lip filler. She took so much care in aligning my lips perfectly with my facial features and gave me a natural, beautifully balanced shape that suits me so well. We worked completely at my pace, slow and steady bit by bit, which made me feel incredibly comfortable throughout.
Dr Reem explained every part of the process clearly, including how I might feel during and after the treatment as well as all the aftercare steps. I felt genuinely supported and could fully trust her expertise. She is not only highly skilled but also so warm, friendly and reassuring.
Her nurse was just as lovely, caring and calming and she matched the same positive, comforting energy. Together they made the whole experience feel safe and personalised.
