I had a very disappointing experience at this beauty salon. The receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional. She forcefully removed a child who was quietly playing, without trying to understand the situation or show any empathy. Instead of listening to the customers’ needs, she was aggressively pushing sales, ignoring clear signs of disinterest or polite refusals. Her attitude was intrusive and made the entire experience uncomfortable.
On the other hand, the beautician’s skills were actually quite good, which makes it even more unfortunate that the front desk staff created such a negative impression. I genuinely wonder how a business can provide good service when the first point of contact treats customers this way. It was an unpleasant and unnecessary experience.
They should focus on delivering quality services and treatments first. If the results truly satisfy the customers, they will naturally come back and spend more. But if the service is disappointing and refunds are difficult to get, pushing more sales only adds to the frustration.
