Maria was very professional and made me feel comfortable throughout. She explained each step clearly, checked in often, and created a relaxed atmosphere. I’d happily book with her again.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Silkor Dubai. For the second time in two years, my skin was badly burned after a laser session at this center.

This was not a normal “sensitive skin” reaction. I am now being treated by a doctor, who confirmed that this reaction is not normal and is most likely due to an issue with the laser equipment or the way it was used. My skin had redness, bumps, irritation and burn marks.

Even after the retouch, I still have hair, so the result was poor and my skin was damaged again. Last year, the same thing happened and it ruined my whole summer.

What is even more disappointing is the lack of proper follow-up, apology, or compensation. I trusted them twice, and both times I ended up with damaged skin. I would not recommend this center for laser treatments. Show less »

Always a lovely experience at Silkor for laser hair removal. Special shoutout to Lyza - amazing technician, knows exactly what she’s doing and provides you with a truly personalized experience (she always remembers the previous session, is honest about your progress, and adjusts each session to align with your current state). Highly recommend her!!!

So much that I keep coming back for more and more and wouldn’t look to another clinic. Very professional and honestly I’ve had the best advice and service. They communicate efficiently on WhatsApp, promote services that I’ve inclined to do, provide great rates but above all they’re sooooo helpful. Show less »

Friendly staff, and great services like laser hair removal. I started with Silkor more than 14 years ago in Lebanon, and had done laser hair removal with them - I personally had great and long-lasting results. I recently resumed going to Silkor a couple of years ago here in Dubai for other services as well. Always a good experience with them.

I had a very disappointing experience at this beauty salon. The receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional. She forcefully removed a child who was quietly playing, without trying to understand the situation or show any empathy. Instead of listening to the customers’ needs, she was aggressively pushing sales, ignoring clear signs of disinterest or polite refusals. Her attitude was intrusive and made the entire experience uncomfortable.

On the other hand, the beautician’s skills were actually quite good, which makes it even more unfortunate that the front desk staff created such a negative impression. I genuinely wonder how a business can provide good service when the first point of contact treats customers this way. It was an unpleasant and unnecessary experience.

They should focus on delivering quality services and treatments first. If the results truly satisfy the customers, they will naturally come back and spend more. But if the service is disappointing and refunds are difficult to get, pushing more sales only adds to the frustration. Show less »
