Although Dr Ali is professional and gentle man, the customer service and receptionist are zero qualified. My appointment was at 2:30 and i informed them that i will come by 2 as i am coming from sharjah so i have to finish any requirements including lidocaine and forms needed so i can stat 2:30 sharp and they confirmed on that. Although Dr Ali is professional and gentle man, the customer service and receptionist are zero qualified. My appointment was at 2:30 and i informed them that i will come by 2 as i am coming from sharjah so i have to finish any requirements including lidocaine and forms needed so i can stat 2:30 sharp and they confirmed on that. I arrived on time however i meet the doctor at 5 pm!!!!
I should be the first patient however i set till the last without even apology from these girls in the reception.
For the procedure itself, the doctor informed me that i have to come back after 2 weeks to check the results. The receptionist informed me that they will contact me to confirm the appointment
And they DIDNOT! I called them back after 2 weeks and one more week and i asked to see the doctor as the filler has no effect and till now.
They said that no appointment and the doctor is super busy they will try to find an appointment for me and call me back. Till now they didn’t ! Which is almost 2 months! Show less »

He takes the time to clearly explain each procedure, walks you through the exact materials being used, and ensures everything is understood in a precise and transparent way before moving forward.

He does not hesitate to refuse any procedure that is not suitable, even if it could be financially beneficial, and only recommends what truly fits your needs and well-being.

This is not my first visit to You&Only Clinic. I have been a loyal patient of Dr. Ali for many years, even before this clinic opened. I started visiting You&Only Clinic during Ramadan at the soft opening stage, when the clinic was not open to the public yet.
Despite that, the same problem has existed from day one.
Dr. Ali is truly excellent — professional, ethical, highly skilled, and respectful. I trust him completely, and he is the only reason I continue to come to this clinic.
However, the reception and appointment scheduling are beyond unacceptable.
Today, I have been waiting for over three hours and have still not been seen. It has become clear that patients who have already paid are delayed, while new arrivals are prioritized simply because they have not yet paid and need to be processed. As a result, several patients who arrived after us were seen before us. There was no explanation, no apology, and no attempt to properly manage the situation. This is not a one-time issue — it has been happening repeatedly since the clinic’s soft opening.
The clinic clearly overbooks appointments far beyond the doctor’s capacity, as if patients’ time and trust are irrelevant. Waiting for nearly three hours while seeing others jump the line is not poor service — it is complete mismanagement and unfair treatment.
The situation is made even worse by the unprofessional behavior of the reception staff, particularly Rehab. Her attitude is dismissive, condescending, and arrogant. She shows no empathy, no accountability, and no basic customer service skills. Instead of calming patients or offering solutions, her behavior adds to the frustration.
Reception staff are the first impression of any clinic, and here they actively damage it. Their conduct overshadows the excellent care provided by Dr. Ali and reflects extremely poorly on the clinic’s management. Show less »
