This is not my first visit to You&Only Clinic. I have been a loyal patient of Dr. Ali for many years, even before this clinic opened. I started visiting You&Only Clinic during Ramadan at the soft opening stage, when the clinic was not open to the public yet.
Despite that, the same problem has existed from day one.
Dr. Ali is truly excellent — professional, ethical, highly skilled, and respectful. I trust him completely, and he is the only reason I continue to come to this clinic.
However, the reception and appointment scheduling are beyond unacceptable.
Today, I have been waiting for over three hours and have still not been seen. It has become clear that patients who have already paid are delayed, while new arrivals are prioritized simply because they have not yet paid and need to be processed. As a result, several patients who arrived after us were seen before us. There was no explanation, no apology, and no attempt to properly manage the situation. This is not a one-time issue — it has been happening repeatedly since the clinic’s soft opening.
The clinic clearly overbooks appointments far beyond the doctor’s capacity, as if patients’ time and trust are irrelevant. Waiting for nearly three hours while seeing others jump the line is not poor service — it is complete mismanagement and unfair treatment.
The situation is made even worse by the unprofessional behavior of the reception staff, particularly Rehab. Her attitude is dismissive, condescending, and arrogant. She shows no empathy, no accountability, and no basic customer service skills. Instead of calming patients or offering solutions, her behavior adds to the frustration.
Reception staff are the first impression of any clinic, and here they actively damage it. Their conduct overshadows the excellent care provided by Dr. Ali and reflects extremely poorly on the clinic’s management.
