From the moment I arrived, I felt completely at ease. Dr. Sarah is incredibly professional, attentive, and truly understands how to enhance natural beauty without overdoing it.

I came for my lips, but she advised me to do a under-eye filler as well, so I did and I can honestly see such a difference — the darkness is so much reduced and it completely brightened my face! She was absolutely right about the result, and it really changed everything for me.

Regarding my lips, and I love them. They look so natural and discreet, exactly what I asked for, and she didn’t overdo them, yet the difference is noticeable in the best way.
I feel so much more confident now.

I honestly wasnt looking for a huge change, I just reached a point where I felt tired all the time and my skin started looking dull. I wanted to look fresher, healthier, and a bit more lifted without looking “different.”

After seeing Dr. Sarah Coughlan at Inject Medispa, she suggested a more gradual and natural approach. We focused on Ulthera Prime for tightening and lifting, skin boosters for hydration and glow, NAD+ IVs for overall wellness and energy, and later I also did Emsculpt NEO which I ended up loving much more than I expected.

What I really appreciated is that she’s extremely honest and very detailed. She actually studies your face properly and explains what makes sense and what doesn’t. Nothing felt pushed or overly salesy.

The changes happened gradually, but now people constantly ask me what I’ve been doing differently. I keep getting comments about how good my skin looks or how refreshed I look lately, even from people who don’t usually notice these things. My skin genuinely looks healthier and more awake, especially in certain lighting where before I always looked tired.

Emsculpt NEO also made me feel much stronger and tighter overall, especially around my core, and the NAD+ drips surprisingly helped a lot with my energy levels during busy weeks.
