Absolutely pathetic service. We were clearly told at the time of booking that both of us would be treated together. However, when we arrived, they suddenly said the machine was not working and that they could not do the treatment for both of us at the same time.
If the machine was not working, they should not have booked us in the first place. It honestly felt like they just wanted to secure the money without being transparent. This is completely unprofessional and a waste of our time.
On top of that, the behavior of the staff was very disappointing. There was no proper explanation, no apology, no solution offered, and not even a small discount for the inconvenience caused by their mistake. The lady at the reception was quiet the whole time and did not handle the situation professionally at all.

I had a very disappointing experience with HydraFacial service at this clinic. I paid 1500 AED expecting a professional and advanced facial treatment, but all they did was basic blackhead removal. There was nothing premium or specialized about the procedure.
For the price charged, the service was extremely underwhelming and not worth the money at all. It felt rushed, unprofessional, and misleading compared to what was promised.

From the moment I arrived, I felt completely at ease. Dr. Sarah is incredibly professional, attentive, and truly understands how to enhance natural beauty without overdoing it.

I came for my lips, but she advised me to do a under-eye filler as well, so I did and I can honestly see such a difference — the darkness is so much reduced and it completely brightened my face! She was absolutely right about the result, and it really changed everything for me.

Regarding my lips, and I love them. They look so natural and discreet, exactly what I asked for, and she didn’t overdo them, yet the difference is noticeable in the best way.
I feel so much more confident now.

Honestly, worst aesthetic clinic experience I’ve ever had first off I was going for a specific purpose. They gave me two treatments and it was close to a very important event of mine after the consultation with their physician recommended a specific treatment made a treatment plan and paid for the treatment plan. The first half I came on the day of the treatment while I was being prepared, and the treatment was being placed for me. The technician informed me that the treatment plan is not for the full area that I have actually consulted for, but only for a part area because it was supposed to be double the price I told her I presumably have already had a treatment plan in action how could this happen and then the doctor called me and they told me it’s fine even though we did like half the area of the full area it’s fine anyway we are going to follow up with the rest of the treatment and it’s going to be right my last appointment in that treatment I waited outside for an hour after they already not reminded me of my appointment and then when I switched my whole day in order to come to the clinic. I waited for a whole hour and then in the end, I didn’t see the doctor. I didn’t do the treatment and my primary concern was the time because now I am out of time, the Treatment did not work not one part of my concerns were actually addressed and even the last treatment I got treated in that manner honestly never going back again and I just want my refund Show less »

Today, I came back for a lip retouch, and the shape looks absolutely beautiful and very natural. I highly recommend this clinic … they’re clean, knowledgeable, and truly know what they’re doing. When I asked to speak with the manager to clarify the issue, I was told she was not available and that I could only meet her during my next visit a week later, which is unacceptable given how expensive these packages are.

I truly regret purchasing the package, especially since my concerns are not being taken seriously or properly addressed. This experience has been frustrating and unprofessional, and I would not recommend committing to a package before seeing real, proper results. Show less »

I visited the clinic to get lip fillers and under-eye filler, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. After the procedure, I noticed that my lips were not symmetrical one side is noticeably higher than the other, which gave my face an uneven and unnatural look.

When I contacted the clinic for a follow-up, they gave me an appointment at 5 PM. However, I was only seen by the doctor at 9 PM after waiting for four hours. During that time, other patients were allowed to go in for their treatments while I was left waiting with no proper explanation. To make things worse, the staff kept telling me, “You can leave, just come another time,” which I found incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional especially after I had already waited for hours.

It became very clear to me that this clinic treats clients based on how they look or how wealthy they seem — which is completely unfair and unacceptable. Every client deserves equal treatment and care, regardless of appearance or status.

I do not recommend this clinic to anyone. My experience was frustrating, the results were disappointing, and the way I was treated left me feeling dismissed and disrespected. Show less »
