She genuinely takes her time to understand your concerns and aesthetic goals. The clinic is absolutely gorgeous—neutral tones, soft lighting, and a very calm vibe. There’s an oxygen bar and even private waiting areas, which I really appreciated. Everything felt curated and intentional. I left feeling refreshed, not like I’d had "work done." After the procedure, I noticed that my lips were not symmetrical one side is noticeably higher than the other, which gave my face an uneven and unnatural look. I visited the clinic to get lip fillers and under-eye filler, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. After the procedure, I noticed that my lips were not symmetrical one side is noticeably higher than the other, which gave my face an uneven and unnatural look.

When I contacted the clinic for a follow-up, they gave me an appointment at 5 PM. However, I was only seen by the doctor at 9 PM after waiting for four hours. During that time, other patients were allowed to go in for their treatments while I was left waiting with no proper explanation. To make things worse, the staff kept telling me, “You can leave, just come another time,” which I found incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional especially after I had already waited for hours.

It became very clear to me that this clinic treats clients based on how they look or how wealthy they seem — which is completely unfair and unacceptable. Every client deserves equal treatment and care, regardless of appearance or status.

I do not recommend this clinic to anyone. My experience was frustrating, the results were disappointing, and the way I was treated left me feeling dismissed and disrespected. Show less »
