All of the staff at Nova Clinic were amazing from start to finish. Everyone was kind, welcoming and genuinely cared about my experience. The aftercare has been incredible. Any questions or concerns I had were always welcomed and I was encouraged to come back into the clinic whenever I needed. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble.
They really went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and comfortable and that I felt supported throughout the whole process. I felt so well looked after and confident in my decision.
