Dr. Kosai is kind, professional, positive, and extremely detail-oriented. Despite being young, he is clearly very experienced and has an excellent eye for creating the perfect shape and colour. I felt completely comfortable throughout the procedure and experienced no pain, even during the preparation and placement of the veneers.

His nurse was also very kind and supportive, and all the staff were welcoming and professional.

I arrived on time for my confirmed appointment and was kept waiting for over an hour. There was no proper explanation, no genuine apology, and no respect whatsoever for my time. An appointment should mean something—not simply a place in a queue.

Reading other reviews, it’s clear that excessive waiting times have been a recurring complaint, yet the clinic seems to have done nothing to address the issue. Accepting appointments you cannot honor is misleading and shows a complete lack of professionalism.
If a client arrived an hour late, the appointment would likely be canceled or the client charged. The same level of respect should apply in the other direction.
I would never recommend this clinic to anyone who values their time. Until they learn to manage appointments properly and treat clients with basic courtesy, there are far better clinics to choose from.

Had my first laser session today with Richa! She was very efficient and did a great job. She’s very sweet and knows what she’s doing.
The place is clean and cozy and the staff is very nice!
