From the moment I called, then walked in, the entire staff created an incredibly positive, friendly, and relaxed environment. It's clear that relationship building is a priority here; every team member takes time to ensure you feel comfortable and completely at ease, which significantly reduced any dental anxiety.
The level of professionalism and attention to detail is truly excellent. Dr Bojana Milanovic walked me through every step of the process, ensuring I understood the plan and the expected results. This meticulous approach and dedication to high-quality care, gave me complete confidence in her work. My anxiety was initially quite high due to a recent negative experience elsewhere. I needed a front tooth crown replaced (hockey stick to the face when I was a 15), my expectations were high as I wanted it to look as natural as possible. I secretly thought I would have to go back to Canada to receive the results I desired. Dr Bojana did not disappoint.
Finally, the availability and responsiveness of all support staff was outstanding. Any questions I had were addressed quickly and thoroughly, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. At Al Cady MC, we love all the staff. Everyone has a gentle approach, warm smiles and positive energy, and we always feel welcomed. I also met Dr. Aktham there, an amazing dentist who did an excellent job with my filling. I had a laser hair removal treatment as well, the technician was highly skilled and the treatment was quick, smooth, and completely painless.
