In all honesty and transparency; by far the best clinic and dental team I ever seen. I been to many other clinics and doctors but Dr. Bojana and her team definitely takes number 1 . Amazing friendly professional atmosphere; always updating thier already high tech and newest equipment; all while completely honest and looking for the patient best benefit and outcome ; Dr. Bojana makes sure that she herself (before you) is satisfied with her work , and if it’s not %100 she will not allow you to leave the clinic as well as she never pushed for any extra unnecessary work to be done. Her team of dentists follow the same principles ; I had work done by Two others in her clinic and they are all equally qualified and professional. All other aspects as well are as excellent; hygiene ; sanitation ; timings ; WhatsApp appointment reminders ; communication.. and zero pain procedures. They also have another section for dermatology and cosmetic procedures; never used thier services but I did visit once and they were also as welcoming and supportive. Dr. Ahmad is truly the best — his expertise, precision, and many years of experience are evident in every step of the treatment. I had the pleasure of being treated by Dr. Bojana, the owner of Al Cady, and I’m truly impressed by her professionalism, precision, and dedication to her work. My husband and I both had quite complex dental cases, and she managed to save a tooth that others thought was beyond repair. Her expertise and attention to detail are remarkable.

The clinic itself is modern and welcoming, and the entire staff is exceptionally kind and professional. There is also a valet service available and my appointments were on time to the second every time.

The level of professionalism and attention to detail is truly excellent. Dr Bojana Milanovic walked me through every step of the process, ensuring I understood the plan and the expected results. This meticulous approach and dedication to high-quality care, gave me complete confidence in her work. My anxiety was initially quite high due to a recent negative experience elsewhere. I needed a front tooth crown replaced (hockey stick to the face when I was a 15), my expectations were high as I wanted it to look as natural as possible. I secretly thought I would have to go back to Canada to receive the results I desired. Dr Bojana did not disappoint.
Finally, the availability and responsiveness of all support staff was outstanding. Any questions I had were addressed quickly and thoroughly, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. At Al Cady MC, we love all the staff. Everyone has a gentle approach, warm smiles and positive energy, and we always feel welcomed. I also met Dr. Aktham there, an amazing dentist who did an excellent job with my filling. I had a laser hair removal treatment as well, the technician was highly skilled and the treatment was quick, smooth, and completely painless.
