My experience with this clinic was extremely disappointing. From the first consultation, I felt pressured into paying a deposit before I had even decided to proceed. Once I paid, the calls were relentless until I confirmed the surgery, and on the day I met the surgeon, I was pressured to settle the full amount before leaving.

Unfortunately, what was discussed and paid for did not fully match what was ultimately carried out, and I am still waiting for a refund for services that could not be provided. Six weeks later, I’m still chasing them. Before taking my payment, getting hold of someone was effortless. After payment, calls and messages largely went unanswered, and when someone did respond, I was repeatedly told they would look into it, but nothing ever came of it.

Another concern was the lack of transparency. I was never provided with a proper itemized invoice clearly outlining what I was paying for, which I would expect for procedures of this nature.

The surgeon himself was excellent, and thankfully he is not employed by this clinic. My issue is entirely with the clinic’s business practices. In my experience, they overpromise, apply significant pressure to secure payment, and once your money is in, the aftercare and customer service are almost nonexistent.

I was also very unhappy with the hospital they arranged for my procedure. I’ve shared more about that in a separate review. If you’re considering major surgery, I would strongly encourage you to do thorough research on both the clinic and the hospital before committing. Looking back, I wish I had gone through one of the other clinics the surgeon works with instead! Show less »

I had a hair transplant surgery today, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived until the completion of the procedure, the staff took exceptional care of me and made me feel comfortable and supported throughout.

A special thanks to Dr. Ahmed Al-Shagran, who was highly professional, gentle, and truly skilled. His work reflects real artistry. He consistently checked on me during the procedure to make sure I was comfortable and did not need anything, which I greatly appreciated.

I would also like to thank the three wonderful nurses involved in the surgery, Jain, Thuraiya, and Rosana. They were fantastic, attentive to detail, caring, friendly, and always smiling, which made the whole experience even more reassuring.

My experience with them was very bad. Appointments were changed multiple times, sometimes just one day before the scheduled date. Each time there was a different excuse, such as the doctor not being on duty, running late, or having a meeting. I waited for almost three weeks, and every time the appointment was changed. Until now, I still have not been given a confirmed appointment, even though the full amount was paid in advance.
There was no attention or proper communication at all. I had to call them myself to ask about the next appointment, and they would say “we will call you back,” but no one ever did.
The gynecology doctor does not seem to care about the patient’s comfort. If the patient is in pain, she does not provide adequate anesthesia, even when the patient is clearly uncomfortable and tired. It felt like she was not fully focused or ready to work. Show less »

Had this been communicated beforehand, I would have made a different choice. Unfortunately, after raising this concern with customer service, I never received a follow-up. Although they promised to get back to me after hearing the issue, no one contacted me!
