My experience with them was very bad. Appointments were changed multiple times, sometimes just one day before the scheduled date. Each time there was a different excuse, such as the doctor not being on duty, running late, or having a meeting. I waited for almost three weeks, and every time the appointment was changed. Until now, I still have not been given a confirmed appointment, even though the full amount was paid in advance.
There was no attention or proper communication at all. I had to call them myself to ask about the next appointment, and they would say “we will call you back,” but no one ever did.
The gynecology doctor does not seem to care about the patient’s comfort. If the patient is in pain, she does not provide adequate anesthesia, even when the patient is clearly uncomfortable and tired. It felt like she was not fully focused or ready to work. Show less »

I did endolift for three areas with Dr Noor. She was very professional and the treatment went well. The immediate results were actually impressive and with time the end result will show. The prices were fair the treatment was royal ✨ definitely will come to Dr Noor again for other aesthetic procedures

Had a great experience at my dental appointment. The staff was friendly without being over-the-top, and everything was explained clearly, which I really appreciated. The dentist was gentle, efficient, and didn’t rush through anything or try to upsell me on stuff I didn’t need. The clinic was clean, calm, and ran on time which honestly feels rare these days.... I had high expectations when visiting this clinic. The procedure itself went well and the staff were polite.

However, I was quoted 2000 AED when booking, and after the treatment I was asked to pay 2800 AED, with the explanation that prices vary by doctor — something that was not mentioned in advance.

Had this been communicated beforehand, I would have made a different choice. Unfortunately, after raising this concern with customer service, I never received a follow-up. Although they promised to get back to me after hearing the issue, no one contacted me!

I recently had filler and Botox treatments at this clinic with dr yasmina and with dr Raghad. I was very impressed with the level of care provided. The facility was spotless and well-organized, and the staff were exceptionally kind, knowledgeable, and professional. They took the time to explain each step of the process, which made me feel completely at ease. I’m very pleased with the results and would highly recommend this clinic to others since its one of the best clinic in Dubai. I really loved my experience! I did also an IV drip to help with my deficiency. I’ll definitely come back! Show less »
