I have visited the clinic on multiple occasions to see the new set-up and for my regular consultations with Dr. Kelash, who is an excellent physician and consistently provides outstanding care. However, I feel compelled to raise a serious concern regarding the conduct and professionalism of some of the clinic staff. On several visits, I have observed staff members appearing overly casual in their behaviour, standing in groups and chatting openly while patients were present. In a medical environment, this gives an impression of inattentiveness and does not reflect the level of professionalism one expects from a healthcare facility.

More recently, I accompanied a friend who was experiencing an emergency medical condition requiring IV fluids and urgent attention. Despite her condition, she was made to walk back and forth between reception and multiple rooms before a nurse finally understood the urgency and provided appropriate assistance. This experience was distressing to witness and raises concerns about patient triage and coordination within the clinic.

It is highly unprofessional for patients, especially those in urgent medical need, to navigate the facility without clear and immediate support. Such experiences undermine patient confidence and do not align with the standards expected of a medical institution. I strongly believe this matter should be reviewed and monitored by the administration to ensure patient care and staff professionalism are consistently upheld. Show less »

I went to Aster Clinic, Fujairah for some medical tests last week, and the cost was quite high . I honestly did not even know that I had insurance linked to my Emirates ID. I was mentally prepared to pay the full amount myself because it was important. That’s when mr.sinto stepped in, and I can’t thank him enough.

Instead of just doing his job and moving on, he genuinely cared. He checked properly, found the insurance linked to my ID, explained everything to me calmly, and helped me get the approval. He kept calling me, updating me about the status, telling me when to come, and guiding me at every step. It never felt like I was talking to a receptionist — it felt like someone was truly looking out for me.

When my scanning was later rejected by the insurance, I felt really disappointed. But again, Mr. Sinto didn’t give up. Somehow, the same day, he managed to get it approved and personally called me to inform me. That call honestly made my day and lifted a huge burden from my mind.

I also want to thank Dr. Shifa, who was very kind and patient. She explained my reports clearly and spoke in a way that made me feel comfortable and understood.
