I’ve had a very frustrating experience with Cosmesurge Clinic. Despite arriving on time for my appointments, I was always made to wait around two hours before being seen. This wasn’t just a one-time issue—it happened three times, which shows a clear lack of organization and respect for patients’ time.

If you value your time and expect a clinic to honor scheduled appointments, I would not recommend this place. There are plenty of other clinics that manage their schedules more efficiently and treat clients with better consideration. Show less »
