The service at this hospital is extremely disappointing, especially given the costs involved. Once payment is settled, the staff's demeanor changes completely. I experienced unprofessional and rude behavior from the security team, who went as far as initiating inappropriate physical contact without consent. When I brought this to the attention of the Customer Relations Manager, they defended the security staff instead of addressing the issue. I cannot recommend this hospital to anyone." Show less »

I would like to file a complaint regarding the security staff member Narayan Prasad Neupane.

I found his behavior to be very unprofessional and disrespectful. He spoke to me in a rude and inappropriate manner, without basic courtesy or respect. As a visitor going through a very difficult time in the hospital, I expect security staff to communicate calmly and respectfully.

His attitude made an already stressful situation even worse. I kindly request the hospital administration to review this matter seriously and take appropriate action. I also request that he be removed from this position if such behavior continues, as patients and their families deserve to be treated with dignity and respect.

Today, We were leaving the Al Qasimi Hospital in a very stress condition,
By chance we meet Mr. Ahmad Abdallah for the first time, I don’t have words to admire/appreciate him, how seriously he listened the matter, with great hospitality, and fixed it within a shorter time.
I’m feeling proud that we are living in UAE, and today we experienced the secret, how UAE is growing faster and meet with the live example in form of Mr. Ahmad Abdallah (Al qassimi hospital women and children)

Very disappointing experience - its a money making facility not a hospital - i wasted 20k aed!

I took my mother to Al Qasimia Hospital, Sharjah, through the emergency ward. She has a serious liver disease. Since she did not have health insurance, we were asked to pay AED 15,000 in advance before any tests were done, as they were concerned we might leave without paying. We somehow managed to arrange the amount through an association and personal cash.

After admission, every time a doctor came for a check-up, the first question was whether the patient had insurance, was paying cash, or was supported by an association. It felt like her treatment depended on the payment method and the amount already submitted.

For several days, my mother was left lying in bed without any real progress. Later, the doctor advised an endoscopy, but this facility was not available at Al Qasimia Hospital, so she had to be transferred to Al Kuwaiti Hospital just for that procedure.

Apart from this, she was mostly treated with IV fluids, insulin, and sugar drips. After two weeks of admission, she was discharged. We spent nearly AED 20,000, and sadly her condition was almost the same as when we first brought her to the hospital. The money felt completely wasted with no improvement in her health.

This is my personal experience and opinion. For critical cases, I would strongly suggest considering Rashid Hospital instead. Show less »

Qasmi Hospital is by far the best hospital I’ve ever experienced. It’s well-equipped with the latest technology, very well managed, and spotlessly clean. Around 4:00 AM, I rushed my husband there after he suffered a sudden heart attack. To my surprise, within just a few minutes they performed several ECGs, quickly decided the treatment plan, arranged the medical team, and within an hour they had placed a stent and shifted him to a room. Everything was handled so smoothly and efficiently. I can’t be thankful enough to the doctors, especially Dr. Osama. Despite having a flight to Pakistan only two hours after his duty, he still gave his full attention and care. Truly a gentleman and an outstanding doctor.
