The service at this hospital is extremely disappointing, especially given the costs involved. Once payment is settled, the staff's demeanor changes completely. I experienced unprofessional and rude behavior from the security team, who went as far as initiating inappropriate physical contact without consent. When I brought this to the attention of the Customer Relations Manager, they defended the security staff instead of addressing the issue. I cannot recommend this hospital to anyone." Show less »

He spoke to me in a rude and inappropriate manner, without basic courtesy or respect. I would like to file a complaint regarding the security staff member Narayan Prasad Neupane.

I found his behavior to be very unprofessional and disrespectful. He spoke to me in a rude and inappropriate manner, without basic courtesy or respect. As a visitor going through a very difficult time in the hospital, I expect security staff to communicate calmly and respectfully.

His attitude made an already stressful situation even worse. I kindly request the hospital administration to review this matter seriously and take appropriate action. I also request that he be removed from this position if such behavior continues, as patients and their families deserve to be treated with dignity and respect.

Qasmi Hospital is by far the best hospital I’ve ever experienced. It’s well-equipped with the latest technology, very well managed, and spotlessly clean. Around 4:00 AM, I rushed my husband there after he suffered a sudden heart attack. Qasmi Hospital is by far the best hospital I’ve ever experienced. It’s well-equipped with the latest technology, very well managed, and spotlessly clean. Around 4:00 AM, I rushed my husband there after he suffered a sudden heart attack. To my surprise, within just a few minutes they performed several ECGs, quickly decided the treatment plan, arranged the medical team, and within an hour they had placed a stent and shifted him to a room. Everything was handled so smoothly and efficiently. I can’t be thankful enough to the doctors, especially Dr. Osama. Despite having a flight to Pakistan only two hours after his duty, he still gave his full attention and care. Truly a gentleman and an outstanding doctor. It was like a roller coaster for me im about to die as I undergone surgery + malpractice in 1 of the hospital in Ajman and Al qasimi save my life with the care of Dr Yalda Ziaei when she accepted my case from Surgical department.
