I visited your clinic today and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. • The building is old and poorly maintained, with broken tiles and an overall uncomfortable atmosphere. • There are no proper parking spaces outside. • I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment, but I had to wait for an hour and a half. I visited your clinic today and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing.
• The building is old and poorly maintained, with broken tiles and an overall uncomfortable atmosphere.
• There are no proper parking spaces outside.
• I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment, but I had to wait for an hour and a half. The doctor never arrived, and I kept being told she was “on the way.”
• To keep me waiting, I was placed inside the doctor’s room even though she wasn’t there. I sat for another 30 minutes alone before leaving.
• The staff members only arrived after 11:30.
• There was no proper reception or hospitality (no coffee or tea) as in other clinics.

Overall, there was no professionalism, no respect for patients’ time, and the place itself is not comfortable or welcoming. Show less »

No respect for your time . A very long waiting time before you see the doctor, expect 30-50 minutes waiting after you arrive if you are lucky. When you ask the front desk team how long you have to wait, they will Tell you 2-3 minutes, all of them are keeping you.. unprofessional. I am not coming again.
