In the pediatric ward, the dedication and professionalism of the nursing staff truly stood out. A special thank you to SN Sneha, SN Juby, and SN Shilpa for their unwavering support, especially during busy times. Their compassion and expertise made a significant difference in Leo's care.

I would also like to thank Dr. Edwin for his attentive and reassuring demeanor. His clear explanations and warm smile provided us with much-needed positivity during this challenging time.

I appreciate the efforts of the nursing supervisors, physiotherapy team, housekeeping staff, and HCA for their contributions to Leo's recovery.

However, I noticed that there is a need for more nursing staff to ensure continued high-quality care. I hope this concern is addressed for the benefit of future patients.
