Literally the worst experience ever, we went multiple times for an emergency because it’s nearby. All 3 times were very disappointing. They placed the patient in isolation room instead of emergency and she was only vomiting, 5 hours no one came to check even if the patient died they won’t recognize. Her surgery was performed by Dr. Fatima Abdelmahmoud, who demonstrated exceptional expertise and confidence. She took the time to explain the procedure clearly and ensured my wife felt reassured and comfortable beforehand. Bilateral total knee replacement is a complex and demanding procedure, yet he handled it with outstanding precision and composure. His clear explanations, decisive approach, and calm professionalism reflected deep experience and surgical excellence. The procedure went flawlessly, and my mother’s smooth recovery is a direct reflection of his skill. We are truly grateful for the remarkable care and life-changing outcome he delivered.

The anesthesia team led by Dr Raji was excellent — calm, thorough, and highly professional — ensuring she was comfortable and safe throughout.

The ICU team provided attentive post-operative monitoring, and the ward staff were supportive and caring during her stay.

The physiotherapy team did an excellent job. Starting from the evening after surgery until the morning of discharge, they patiently worked with my mom and helped her start walking with confidence.

A special mention to the Orthopedic OPD nurse Ms Asha who coordinated everything efficiently before the surgery and continues to guide us even post-discharge — her responsiveness and support truly made the entire journey seamless.

We also sincerely appreciate the insurance team Mr Diwakar for completing the approval process and for the supportive follow-ups from Mr Paul, which significantly reduced our stress.
