I wanted to take a moment to share my wonderful experience at Elite Style Polyclinic, where I sought treatment for low energy and stiffness in my back.

Under the care of Dr. Yalena and Dr. Arya, I was advised to participate in a 5-session program. From the very first session, I began to feel a significant improvement in my body. This positive change motivated me to extend my treatment for an additional 5 sessions to complete the advanced program.

I highly recommend Elite Style Polyclinic to anyone experiencing back pain or low energy. Their professional approach and effective treatments have truly made a difference for me.

I am writing to share my experience regarding my appointment on Today, 19/09/2025, for the Crystal Microdermabrasion procedure.

When I booked my session, I was informed that your clinic specializes in this treatment. I scheduled my appointment for Friday at 2:00 PM and even received a confirmation message yesterday evening, which I acknowledged.

However, when I arrived at the clinic today at the scheduled time, I was informed by the doctor that the machine was not working and was instead offered an alternative treatment. To be honest, I was very disappointed and shocked, as I had taken a two-hour break from work specifically for this procedure, and my time and energy were wasted.

While I appreciate the doctor explaining the situation, I strongly feel that if the machine was under maintenance or not functioning, I should have been informed beforehand. This would have saved me valuable time and allowed me to reschedule conveniently.

I believe there should be more accountability and consideration towards customers to ensure such incidents do not happen again. Show less »

This is my second visit to this clinic, my first visit was on June and second one was on July (both appointments were disappointing). I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. This is my second visit to this clinic, my first visit was on June and second one was on July (both appointments were disappointing). I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. My appointment was scheduled for 12:00 PM, and although I arrived at 12:10 due to delays with the elevator, I kept the clinic updated via WhatsApp throughout. When I finally reached the reception, I was told I had to wait an additional 30–40 minutes because they had taken another client—even though they had previously confirmed the next appointment was only at 1:00 PM.

The receptionist was extremely unhelpful and told me to leave and reschedule, despite knowing that I had traveled from another emirate. To make matters worse, the nurse, who also arrived late, was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I’ve never been treated so poorly in a healthcare setting. Knowing the results for the treatment are slow to show and the signs are there for sure, if they tempt us with a better deal, we may go in for another set of sessions.
