My therapist Jeanacar is very professional, she took time to explained the process of my treatment from the beginning until the post care. She answered all my questions confidently and honestly. Her compassionate and gunuine care for her patients truly stood out. The way she deals with patients are awesome and top notch.
The ladies in the reception are also friendly and accommodating.
The agents, Ms Nina and Ms Patricia are extremely attentive and flexible in providing my requested time and treatment I wanted.

I went for consultation with Dr.Mahmoud on January as my skin especially face had begun developing a dark pigmentation.Dr.Mahmoud recommended I do pico laser on my face, skin peeling on my hands 🙌🏾 & thighs, and centrium IV... My experience has been terrible (ended up spending a lot of money AED13,000/- and no results/change). I went for consultation with Dr.Mahmoud on January as my skin especially face had begun developing a dark pigmentation.Dr.Mahmoud recommended I do pico laser on my face, skin peeling on my hands 🙌🏾 & thighs, and centrium IV drip (skin glow), 6 sessions. The peeling was very irritating to my thighs as it caused a lot of friction and bleeding. The IV drip recommendation was also wrong as I wasn’t looking for a glow but rather skin brightening..It was only after the 6 sessions that Mahmoud recommended 4 sessions of glutathione.
This is my personal experience and HONEST review.If you’re going to the clinic make sure you know what need to be done to you or else you can consult from other clinics which understand and also good value for your money otherwise you will end up spending and no results/ damage..

After I left the above review , after a month I received a called from the clinic by certain (Noura), she introduced herself as customer service agent, asking me to delete/edit my review as it was affecting their clinic.It is very unethical to ask me to delete a review which is based on HONEST feedback and left me wondering if patients get gaslighted/manipulated to leave positive/false reviews .

I also contacted the number below given by the clinic replying to this review but so far nothing has been done.I deserve to be compensated as I consulted and underwent treatment and nothing changed. Show less »
